Went for the first time last night and will 100% go again. I booked a sauna and Korean scrub. The online booking system is very easy to use. My appointment was 8:45 on a Friday night. I think I was the last person of the night. I got there 15 minutes early but they had no problem with that. Another person came in to see if they could squeeze in a 30 minutes massage and I was asked if I wanted an extra free 30 minutes in the sauna. My lucky day! After the sauna is the scrub. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The scrub wasnt too rough but was still very exfoliating. My husband keeps commenting on how nice my skin feels. Please know you will be naked for this, in case thats not for you. It felt SO pampering. She was very thorough. In some places they also scrub your face and wash your hair. She didnt do that during mine. Im not sure if thats just how they do it at Vita. I will probably ask for it next time. Also, there was no music in the scrub room so Ill probably ask if I can play some. For both sauna and scrub it was just under $50 and I havent felt so pampered in a really long time. I left a $10 tip; Im not sure how much one tips for a body scrub :/ 3 suggestions: First, music in the scrub room would be a nice touch. Second, a little detail on the scrub for first timers. I did some research and spent some time over seas so I knew what to expect but some people may want a little more detail. Lastly, they have a Facebook page but it doesnt look like its been touched in years. Its a good marketing tool. Honestly, I would never have found this place if I wasnt intentionally searching for a Korean body scrub and thats too bad because this is a great place! 10/10

Off a flight and stopped in for a body renewal. A long relax in the sauna, a body scrub and a 2 hour massage - WOW!!! Incredible service. Very professional. Wonderful staff. All extremely good at what they do...making sure I walked out feeling like a new man. I highly recommend a mini vacation with these kind ladies. They will give you a great massage. The sauna before the massage got the muscles warmed and on the way to being relaxed. It was a great thing to do before the massage. The spa is spotless clean and very attractive. Women and men should feel comfortable here. Come. Enjoy. Youll be glad you did..

Vita Day Spa in Shoreview is fantastic. Sara and Lucy are exceptional massage therapists. I used to have a membership at Massage Envy, but I discontinued that membership because of the quality and professionalism at Vita Day Spa in Shoreview.

I have had several massages from Lucy. She is excellent! She really knows how to work on my back, neck, and feet. I walk in sore, but I walk out feeling so much better! I totally recommend Lucy and Vita day Spa!

Very nice atmosphere and nice staff that took care of me very well. I had a sauna, exfoliating scrub, and massage. Id argue I left the spa the most relaxed Ive been in years.
