I tried this place as its really close to my new home. I told the stylist that I wanted a few inches off and my layers in front to be trimmed up as well. She ended up chopping my hair and giving me short layers all over my head (which looks really bad with my fine hair). On top of getting a cut that I did not ask for, the cut was done horribly and wasnt shaped properly. When I told the owner Id like my money back, he wouldnt give it to me. Instead, he had me come in to try and fix my cut. First of all, it couldnt be fixed as my hair was chopped off. Even after he supposedly fixed the bad shaping/blending job, my hair still looked horrible. He also didnt even blow dry my hair fully and I left with half wet hair. Needless to say, I was beyond upset leaving this place. Now Im going to have to wait atleast a year until my hair grows out to the proper length. HORRIBLE SERVICE and QUALITY!

THANK YOU MICHAEL for fixing my hair. I recently was forced to find a new stylist after going to the same person faithfully every three months for 15 years. I purchased a groupon for somewhere else and the lady destroyed my hair and the foils were horrible. I went to Jordan A Salon to see if they could fix it and made my appointment with Michael. He did a great job, and got it back to exactly how I wanted it from looking at pictures. He was professional, friendly and and most importantly, knows what he is doing. I will definitely be back. Michael listened to what I wanted, and not only did exactly what I asked, but he did a great job. As vain as it sounds, my hair is important to me and I was scared that I would just continue to do damage and never get my hair back to how it used to be. Michael did an excellent job. He is a talented stylist and I am very happy to have found him.

I came to Jordan A Salon for Mago Hair Extension. My experience was good at first and was excited to make this my new salon. After spending $600 getting my hair done I got home to style and found 15 strings that werent cut. The lady that put these in mentioned several times this was the quickest "install" ever and now I can see why. I went in to have them fix their mistake however Amanda (I believe that was her name) was on vacation and the Manager wasnt in. I spent 2 hours at home feeling out every last inch of hair and cutting these strings out myself (which I kept). I got a call from Amanda a week later but at that point it was too late to make things right. A call from the manager would have been appreciated right away and a gift card to try to get my business back.

Carly has been doing my eyebrows for three years now and she is absolutely outstanding. Waxing is done in a back room in a spa like setting as opposed to at the shampoo sinks. She takes her time, makes you feel special, and really listens to what you want. I always feel extremely satisfied. Also, she always remembers my name and how I like my brows. Recently I also went to Michael to have a botched haircut from another salon fixed. He has great energy, was very easy to talk to, and give me an amazing cut. I will be going back to him. My only negative--this place needs to upgrade their capes. They look like theyve been used a million times!

I have had more than one service at Jordan A Salon & Spa and have walked away pleased each time. I have been here for haircuts and most recently a full body massage. My haircuts were wonderful with scalp and shoulder massages, friendly and easy going staff/stylists and local artwork and jewelry for sale. My massage was great with a warm bed, essential oils that I was able to choose, hot towels and soothing music of course. This salon is very customer centric and they go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience, complete with wine, tea, water and snacks!

For a facial I would not recommend. You pay top dollar for 50 minutes to be pampered. I get the mask needs to be on my face x amount of time. Instead of cleaning your bowls and brushs you should be massaging my hands or neck. She most of known she lacked on pampering because after the facial when I was drinking water she put a warm pillow on my neck. It would have been nice to have that during the facial. I have had many facials and after this one I felt short changed. I will not recommend or be back.

Whitley is absolutely amazing!! I have gone to see her twice now. She listens to exactly what I want and knocks it outta the ball park! She takes her time but is extremely efficient and does a rockstar job. I have left completely satisfied. This recent visit I could not be happier because she gave me the cut I was looking for, like spot on! Highly recommend!!

I just went to Jordans today for the first time and really enjoyed it. As a guy, I can admit Ive never went anywhere that I had to pay more than $12 for. But I can say that I was very happy with results and experience. Sure, like most salons, it is geared more towards women, but I was made to feel very welcome. I will go back again.

I absolutely love getting my hair done at this salon! Ive worked with Kaylee multiple times and she has done an incredible job. She is talented and a joy to be around. The atmosphere is comfortable and they always offer refreshments. I would definitely recommend this salon!

SUE IS AWESOME! I just had my first reflexology ever and I highly recommend! Sue is full of knowledge and definitely knows her stuff! I feel so relaxed all over and she only touched my feet. Come see Sue you will not be dissapointed! She does full body massage as well!

Tracy is the best massage therapist Ive ever went to. Im not trying out anyone else again, I have found my girl. She always does something extra or surprising that is absolutely wonderful. Also, the front desk girls have always been great too!

The staff, including the stylists and people who werent directly working with my party, was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The salon itself is beautiful and warm as well. Will definitely be back!

Id NEVER go here for a pedi or mani, EVER!!!!! Michael did such a awful job, i couldnt believe. Stick to a nail salon where they actually scrub your feet and cover your whole nail with polish.
