If I could give zero stars I would. Totally discussed with Coldwell Bankers in Northfield. In my opinion, as a buyer, they were totally representing the seller, and never did they find a house to show us. We had to do our own search and to point them to the ones to see. When we did see a house, never did the agent point out flaws, or grossly obvious structural problems. The showing agent, not the one we contracted with who went on vacation, kept telling us make higher offers on homes we liked, and never offered a single comparable to make her point. Stay away from this group if you are a buyer, stay far, far away.
