Choose this place because it was close to Campus and the price was decent compared to other apartments. But from the beginning, the landlords were not accommodating. They were also contradicting, saying we were okay to do something then turning around and saying we couldnt. They tried to say we couldnt have an animal even though we signed a lease saying we could. They would take several days to answer to our service request. We were without a shower for a whole week before they responded to us. And overall they just werent nice people.

I cant comment on how he is as a real estate agent, but as a landlord he was terrible once it came down to the end! Once the lease was up and had moved out, he claimed to have went into the apartment and said the place had so much damage to it that the entire security deposit wouldnt even cover it! The security deposit was more than twice of the monthly rent, and he didnt even have anything to prove it was truly worse than when I moved in... Might be okay as a real estate guy, but as a landlord he is all about pocketing the money...
