DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I was selling my condo, and was contacted by Tamara Kracht. I informed her that I was not interested in a contingency sale. She told me the buyer had cash, was pre-qualified for a loan, and it would be fast close. When I received paper work from her turned out it was a contingency sale. When I called the bank, I was informed that the buyer was not pre-approved, and again told the buyers house needed to be sold. Upon contacting Tamara to resolve these issues, she sent me a nasty email, saying I was the dishonest person. I then contacted her boss who is the broker at the office, a Stephanie VanDerKamp. I received no apologies, or call from her, just an acknowledgment that she received my email. All you have to do to see the integrity of this organization is look at the other comments here, and you will see that Stephanie, has logged into the comment section here, to give her office "5 stars". The only reason they got one star was because you can not post without a star.

DO NOT USE CHARLIE FAZIO!! As a morally upstanding member of the community I was outraged to find out our THEN real estate agent was using our deposit for backpage prostitutes and drugs. He got arrested for it, look it up! He does these things on a regular basis. We switched agents immediately. Done with Re/Max altogether after this guy.

Wasnt very impressed. They set us up with a home warranty that wasnt any good. Dont get the home warranty! Our agent was somewhat pushy. Also, it appears other reviewers on here work for the company.
