After finding Billy Pauling and his team with stellar rating and reviews on angieslist dot com, we made contact with Billy to see if he could help my brother, mother and I, to sell my mothers single family house that was our family home for 30 years. We knew we were a challenging client to take on, as we had tons of tasks ahead in order to be ready to sell, but Billy didnt flinch and took us on full steam ahead. We not only had months of clean out of 30 years of accumulated stuff, but we had a lot of renovation and repairs needing to be done to ensure we got the most money we could from the sale. Billy again was ready to become part of our large team effort to get it done over a years time. While we had to tackle the sorting down of all the contents of the house, Billy become a strong leader to bring in a designer and some key vendors to begin to create the list of what to remodel and what to leave be. We split up duties and each of us took on choosing and biding different vendors for different tasks. We had a $30,000 budget and had contractors all lined up to do 30 days of renovation as soon as she moved out. Billy was great to work with, was easy to communicate with, and we really could not have done this without him and his team. Billy is current with technology and is able to use time saving tools to communicate and organize a complex project. Yes Billy could of passed on helping us and moved on to an easy sell situation, but he was happy to dig in and get his hands dirty with our sale. We went on the market and the house was sold within 5 days. We made it through buyers inspection with a few items to fix, and closing went smooth. I would highly recommend Billy and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.

We found Billy through the other excellent Angies List reviews. I cannot overstate how impressed and satisfied we were with our experience with Billy and the Pauling Home Team. We came from out of state and Billy was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods we wanted to explore. He kept in contact frequently and was always available via phone, text and email. When we arrived in the Twin Cities he worked around our schedule, often setting up last minute showings as our plans and availability changed. We were most impressed with how well he listened to what our needs were and how he then found the right properties for us view. While walking around properties he would point out features both positive and negative so as to allow for us to make objective decisions. He made the house hunting and purchase process very smooth and as stress-free as something like that can be. He ultimately gave very sound guidance during the negotiating process. After the details were settled he continued to follow up with us ensuring that even after the purchase, that the move in was smooth and that we were settled. Really, the words I would use to describe Billy would be "Professional, Smart, and Trustworthy." I will be recommending him highly to all of my family and friends. Thank you.

There is much to say about Billy Pauling~ he is professional, insightful beyond his years, and his team approach, including us the sellers, insured confidence to the process. Billy took us from the initial idea of selling our home of 23 years to the closing~ not at easy task for us however his guidance from Day 1 to closing was incredible. Billy sent a Abbey to help with staging and she gave us a thourogh printout of ideas to help in that regard..we followed it very closely and I believe this was helpful in the sale of our home. I cant recommend Pauling Homes enough. My husband and I were in the hunt for a new home this spring and were fortunate to work with Robin. Being first time homebuyers, we had endless questions about the process. Robin was right there every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with the process. If she didnt have the answers to our questions, she did her research to ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Being a very competitive market, it was important that we saw homes immediately after they went on the market. Robin always made herself available and if for some reason she had a conflict, there was always someone else that was able to show us a particular home. We never felt pressure to buy and really felt like Robin was there to make sure we found a home that was the perfect fit for our family. After we closed, we had some issues arise that required immediate attention. Robin helped us negotiate with the seller to address these issues and again was there to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We cant recommend Robin and Pauling Homes enough!

Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful process, especially when it comes to unknowns about timing, pricing, etc. Thankfully, I was introduced to Billy Pauling as a referral, and I have now had the pleasure of buying two homes and selling one home through Billy Pauling and his team. Each time, I have had a great experience and Ive found comfort in how knowledgeable, honest, and insightful Billy has been. Billy has been a great resource through the years that I have known him and Ive referred him to many family and friends who have also had good experiences with him. Billy is responsive and he has teamed up with some really great people (the photography for selling my home was incredible!) who have helped me in many ways throughout the process of buying/selling, and even just living in my current home. I highly recommend Billy and his team if you want someone who will be honest, truthful, and who will work hard to get an excellent deal closed for you, whether you are buying or selling.

I have used Bill to buy 2 homes and sell one. Both sides were an ejoyable experience. On the buy side Bill does his homework and shows you properties that fit what your looking for, that being said he is flexible to accomodate changes in demands as they happened with us.
