After 12 years my wife and I decided to make a move. In my mind, I needed to pour a good deal of money into our house to get it sold. I was dreading the entire process. After meeting with Nigel, he guided us to 2 or 3 simple and inexpensive solutions to quickly ready our house for sale. We knocked those out and set the listing date. To our surprise, we had two showings the first day on the market. By the end of the first day, we had a solid offer! Not 5 days later, Nigel helped us find and make an offer on the home of our dreams - from which I am writing this review! Nigel is a straight-shooter with your best interests in mind - whether buying or selling. Hell spend the right amount of time with you and carefully listen to your needs/wants, and then goes the extra mile to make it happen. Nigel keeps you right on top of the process (and the other party too!) and had a slick digital/web experience which made doing business super easy - even while I was at work. The icing on the cake is that he supplied the moving truck! I recommend Nigel and his team from start to finish. Youll be coming back here to give him your 5 stars also.
