******PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE******* I cant post anything without giving a star but if i could i would give. "NO STARS AT ALL" (NONE) This is the worst service Ive ever got I went in for a deep condition treatment and the lady that signed me up said it would be 15 to 20 mins. So I said ok is there a bathroom I can use and she sent me to the bathroom outside of the salon and so I went to the bathroom came back and my husband was with me so we walked back to the salon and this other lady I believe she was Jamaican asked me if I was the one there for the deep condition treatment and mind you she is scream this to me while she has a mouth full of food and I said yes and she asked for my info. Again I said I think she checked me in already and she said yes but she took me off because there was other people waiting and I went to this salon at like 11am to noon and there was no one in the salon at all and this lady was on the side of the salon where you could not see her stuffing her face thats why it was gonna take 15 to 20 mins. In the first place then waited for me to walk out to use the bathroom to run up to the computer and remove me then we asked why she removed me when I was told it would be 20mins. Before I was gonna be seen and I was only gone for 5mins. 10 at the most and she started to scream at both me and my husband when we were explaining what the lady who checked me in said and how long we were gone and that we just left for 10mins. To the bathroom she did not let us explain at all and just kept talking over us and my husband said that she was being rude to me and she started to scream like wtf and this lady was still stuffing her face and was still screaming with her mouth full she is rude and disgusting I would never recommend this salon to anyone ever at this point they would be lucky if I dont go there and post outside the salon and tell people not to go there because of all this and that this salon is a horrible place and has horrible people!

This is officially the first negative review Ive ever written. I hate to complain because Ive had pleasant experiences at fantastic sams in the past, after today I will never return. I dont expect much because its not a fancy salon but I do expect it to be clean. Frances cut my hair. There were clipper guards and hair covering her with station... Fine, but then she picked up a scissors covered in someone elses hair and tried to cut my hair, when I asked her about it she wiped them on the hairy towel laying on her work station stating that they only clean them at night after all clients. Then she tried to use a razor on my hair that was literally thick of hair, I told her I didnt want that used on me and she got defensive. On top of everything she only put layers on the left side if my head and when I asked about it she said it was me? None of the other stylists said anything so maybe this is the standard at fantastic sams to not clean equipment in between clients. Next time Ill pay an extra 20 bucks for a real hair cut at a better salon.

My daughters and I came for a haircut. We walked into the salon and the first chair had tons of dark hair clippings on the floor. Gross. A stylist came up and stopped us as we turned around to leave. She insisted it wouldnt be long for a cut, there were other stylists. A bunch more customers came in as we waited. Eventually two more stylists emerged and helped a little boy. The other stylist began to engage in a deep conversation with a fellow co-workers (wouldnt have guessed by the hair color in her hair being processed while we waited to be serviced). These two employees discussed this previous customer rudely. The one stylist looked up at my child then back at the computer. She stepped away saying "I need to run somewhere" and then the lady getting her hair colored, standing at the computer asked "you want haircut?" Obviously missing the fact that we had already signed in with first stylist. I said no, well be going elsewhere. And never coming back!!

Went in for an all over color. Picked a swatch to match my roots as my hair had red in it. My natural color is a medium brown. When I left I had black hair, yes black and my skin all around my hairline about two inches wide is now stained brown. I have been scrubbing for ten minutes, its not coming out and my skin hurts. Cant wait to go to work like this tomorrow! I look like Im ready for Halloween with my horrible coloring job!

I went here once about a year ago. The chair I sat in had red hair dye all over the arm rests and it ended up getting on my new pants. It wasnt a pleasant experience and they didnt really offer to do anything for me even though I ended up with red hair dye all over my hands. Maybe their services are better now than when I went there, but Id rather not go back.

She seemed to be in a hurry..Not sure of her name (long dark hair) .. but left places that werent even cut with obvious lines of where she did cut. There are 3 nicks on my sideburns, and she chipped a 1" nick in the side of my beard in front of my sideburns. I wasnt asking for anything too fancy, but a little care put into it would have been nice.

Wont go back. Shauna cut my hair, simple clipper cut. Her blades were so dull it practically pulled the hair out. On top of that she was cutting so fast she kept jamming the clipper guard into my head. Overall poor job. Ill stick with Great Clips, even theyre busy they dont do a crappy job.

I dont even know where to start. I will NEVER get my eye brows waxed here again. I told them I just want a little trim. They damn near took off both of my eye brows.

Theyve done well with my cuts and color. Nice atmosphere, friendly stylists. I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes.
