Pretty disappointed with my last visit. Usually when I go to get a color or highlights here it works out for me. Last time I got my hair colored darker and it was a completely different shade than I wanted. I am always too nice to say anything to the stylist because I dont want to make them feel bad. After washing my hair once it totally faded to a gross copper color. It was supposed to be dark red, almost really dark brown. I spent $100 on this and now I have to turn around and spend it again at another salon. Probably wont return.

MasterCuts in Roseville worst service ever!! Walked out. Camille flat out lies about their pricing and I contacted their corporate office, Regis salon, and 2 other MasterCuts and none of them heard of charging $26.99 for wash and flat iron and then if it goes over 30 minutes you pay an additional $10 per 15 minutes. Whats worse is her manager stood their and let her lie. Thankful Regis was able to come to the rescue and provide excellent service!!!!

Worse haircut I have ever got. I asked for layers and she only spent three minutes on my hair. It looked so bad, I went to a different salon to get my hair cut again. Bad service
