I had an excellent experience working with this Storage Max. The manager at this particular location was beyond kind and professional, providing me with a level of customer service I have not really experienced in many other businesses. I was having issues getting moved into my new apartment and needed a few extra days on my storage unit, so she helped me work out the details so that I would not have to pay for another full month. I am recently out of college and operating on a very tight budget, so her understanding and willingness to work with me on the money part meant the world to me. She answered the phone after hours and really just went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I would recommend Storage Max to anyone looking for a secure, clean facility to store your belongings. They treated me like family and I never had to worry about my stuff. Thanks so much!
