1 STAR IS THE LEAST IT ALLOWS TO GIVE ON HERE OR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN 0 STARS. WORDS THAT DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY INCLUDE, BUT ISNT LIMITED TO: UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, SHEISTY BUSINESS PRACTICES, RACISM, LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH, LACK OF FOLLOW UP, ETC. I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT I THINK IT IS CLEAR THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS ENCOUNTERED ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HEED AFTER READING THE REVIEW ON HERE AND YELP, BUT I WAS NAIVE LIKE MANY TO BELIEVE THOSE WERE ISOLATED INCIDENTS...NOT SO. THIS IS A CULTURE IN THIS COMPANY. SURE, THERE MAY BE PEOPLE THAT HAD A DECENT EXPERIENCE, BUT THEY CANT SPEAK FOR THE MASSES. THERE ARE SOME MAJOR LEADERSHIP ISSUES HERE. THIS IS ONE OF THE QUALMS I HAVE WITH FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES. THE LACK OF INTEGRITY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY IS UNDENIABLE. LYING AND DECEIT IS SECOND NATURE. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK TO YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE RECONSIDER. IF YOU DO HAVE YOUR WORK DONE HERE FOR SOME ODD REASON, ASK FOR YOUR OLD PARTS, YOUR INVOICES, ASK TO SEE THE AFTERMARKET AND OEM QUOTES, SAVE YOUR INITIAL QUOTE, AND COMPARE THEM WITH YOUR FINAL PAPERWORK, ASK MANY QUESTIONS, AND RESEARCH INDEPENDENTLY BEFORE RESOLVING THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. After striking yet another deer and wanting to find another repair facility as I was becoming dissatisfied with my previous repair facility I opted to give this shop a try. From the moment I walked through the door and meeting Jennifer and Brett I had a very easy going experience. They made me feel like I have been a long time customer. Unfortunately the deer did more damage then the car was worth so it was a total loss. I was not able to see how well their workmanship was but if its anything like their customer service I would have been even happier. Thank you to everyone involved that had anything to do with my claim and car. Your professionalism and compassion has made me a customer (who hopefully never has to use you again lol) for life. this was the body shop where geico sends their customer for estimates. Initially has hesitant on getting my Lexus GS450h repaired, but the process ended up being very easy, they contacted car rental company to drop off a new car. I had a significant damage to my rear quarter panel and tail lights, but when i picked it up the car, it looked brand new, paint and body worked were perfectly done. their customer service is also top notch, i dealt exclusively with Jennifer who called me few times a week for an update. would def recommend this body shop.

My car was hit in a parking lot on a Friday. I took it to Schaefers the following Wednesday to have them work on it. I was back in my car in less than a week, which was less time then they projected. I took my car in for an estimate and never received an estimate number, or even a phone call or email in return. I even called to follow up during office hours and left a message and still have not heard back 4 business days later. I suppose customer service isnt of great importance, but I cannot speak to the quality of work they do.
