purchased brand new 300 and within 1 week it was back in their shop with a bad transmission. Customer service was incredibly horrible. They gave me some piece of crap ford escape to drive around for a week while they ordered the parts. So here I am paying $500 plus a month and the 1st month it is in their shop for over a week and im driving a scooter! Nobody bothered to apologize for the inconvenience which was huge. Nobody bothered to follow up on the repairs (which I am still having transmission problems). I purchased the extended warranty and of course they are not able to "duplicate" the problem. The car also has a piece of the bumper that was missing some screws and was about to fall off. They repaired that just fine by putting in 2 new screws (hard stuff). Then they keep you waiting forever while they dick around. Nobody seems to know what is going on. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase any vehicle from an ANCIRA dealership. I truly dont know how they stay in business with their terrible service and very pushy sales staff. Im needing additional repairs done (car not even 1 year old) but I can promise that it will be another chrysler dealer who will get my business. Ernesto Ancira needs to clean house at the I-10 location and reevaluate their definition of what customer service really means. Im was very disappointed with the entire transaction. Not to mention the sales person doesnt even want to see your face after you have signed the documents. He just brushed me off to someone else. Very unprofessional. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR PUSHY SALES TACTICS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM ANCIRA LOTS ALL TOGETHER.

After a week or so of the work being done on driver door of my car, the outside driver door handle pulled right off my car door. I called took it in the dude David said it was not their fault, I told him you told me over the phone you all had to take the chrome handle off to paint the door so that means you all took it off and placed it back on and for some reason it did not withstand this because now it is falling off every time I try to open my car door. He wanted me to buy a new handle for $100. plus labor to place it on there. Do not be fooled this shop is not customer service oriented at all! All they care about is how they will steal more money from you! My husband found the same handle online for $14. bucks! and he is going to place it on my car for free! I feel sorry for anyone that goes here and thinks they are being treated fairly, the day I picked up my car the dude David didnt even bother to go out and do a walk around with me to see if I was satisfied because it was a bit drizzly that day. Now I know why! And like I told him they were the only ones who worked on the door and took the handle off and back on. He ignored me and walk away. I told him I will give Ancira as many bad reveiws possible and will not ever be back here to give you any of my money! Never again! There are plenty of other collision centers in San Antonio.

I took my car in for repair to the front bumper/grill. The repair was satisfactory, but like others I found the customer service to be very poor! The repair took twice as long as promised, was incomplete, and the service personnel literally lied to me on several occasions. Just a couple examples: I rented a car from the Enterprise next to the shop and the service rep told me they would update Enterprise on status of my vehicle, which was not true. (BTW, Enterprise was great!) When the repair was completed I found the emblem from my front grill broken and hidden away in the trunk. When the shop ordered a replacement emblem they told me they would replace it, but instead just mailed it to me (it is still not on my car because the bumper must be removed to attach it). I could go on, but suffice it to say the people working in this shop cannot be taken at their word or trusted in any way. Lastly, the service personnel at the front desk are very rude. The several times I went there they treated me like I was bothering them and they just wanted me to go away. I expected so much more from the body shop owned by the same people who sold me my car. Lesson learned -- I will never use this shop again and would strongly encourage all to stay away!

Took my car in for hail damage on February got it worked on in May , my rental 30 days just finished and they had it ready 2 days after, when we went to look at it we noticed there was still small dents in it and the molding on the roof wasnt replaced with new ones so it went back for a about a week then went to look at it again and it looked great ! The reason I didnt give it 1 star is because the car did look great at the end,but I didnt 5 star it because of the VERY RUDE front staff girls that have terrible customer service they NEVER return your call its like you have to do there job for them, and also after signing the car off and driving away I noticed my lights on top inside the car were not working and my mirror lights werent either so they forgot to connect them , not the best to take your car, and if you do you will definitely being charge of calling them about the status of your vehicle, inspect everything especially areas they worked around ,take pictures before you take it and make sure they actually do what the insurance is paying them for (fixing dents, or replacing parts with brand new NOT used)

Please read all the reviews before you waste your time at this pathetic excuse for a body shop. There is a reason why all the reviews on this place are so bad. I called and set up an appointment a week in advance to bring in my car for a repair. When I called on the day of my appointment to confirm, a member of their staff, named Alex, tells me that they have no record of my appointment and I cant bring my car in that day because theyre too backed up. When I proceeded to tell him how much of an inconvenience this was, he blamed it on "miscommunication" and tells me I cant bring in my car until 3 weeks later. When I ask to speak to a manger, her tells me the manager is not there and stated. "Hes just gonna tell you the same thing Im telling you." Wtf?! What kind of customer service is that?! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE. ANCIRA SUCKS. I cant believe this place is still in business the way they treat customers.

My fiancée had her vehicle stolen and was found on blocks. Had it towed to Ancira because it was the closest body shop to where they found her vehicle. Its been there now three weeks and I have had ZERO phone calls from the rep who is taking care of the vehicle. The only damage to her vehicle was the tires and rims stolen along with the car battery and keys. NO BODY DAMAGE. I have called almost everyday to get some kind of information and the rep is always out on lunch and the receptionist always says she will give him the message and would have him call me back. Not ONE phone call from this guy. This place is the worst!! Service is HORRIBLE! Never again. You should consider other body shops, since there are hundreds in San Antonio. I promise you, dont send your vehicle here.
