It can be hard to have your vehicle fixed remotely -- I live in Houston but High Gear is in San Antonio -- but this was an absolutely wonderful repair experience. These guys (mostly Liz and Brad) kept me informed at every step, told me what work was needed, gave me a realistic time frame for the work, and even called my insurance company to let them know we needed the rental for another week. I couldnt be more pleased.

My experience with High Gear collisions work was great. They kept me up to date whenever things changed, they went above and beyond with the repairs, they were very pleasant to do business with, completely fair on price and they wash and detail your car inside and out before returning it. So overall I definitely recommend them over any of the direct repair shops working with the insurance companies. Thanks guys!

The customer service here is amazing. They were always on time and everything done as promised. After the accident they picked the car from my house, dealt with the insurance company and in few days brought the car fixed, cleaned inside, washed and waxed. No extra charge just smile and "thank you for your business, sir". You dont see this too often. Will definitely use them again.

My truck was totaled after an accident and Brad was awesome from start to finish! I hadnt seen my truck look so nice since we drove it off the lot. The guys there did an awesome job on my Dodge 2500, and Brad actively worked to save me $$$ in several ways. I would highly recommend this crew for any body work and repairs!

Great work and great customer service. Brad is great to work with. He picked up my vehicle from my house, kept me informed regarding the progress of the repairs and he delivered the vehicle back to my house when the repairs were completed. I paid less than I would have at a larger commercial repair company.

I would highly recommend this business. The customer service was unbeatable. They make car repairs extremely convenient by not only picking up your vehicle from your home, but dropping it back off as well after the repairs are completed. As a working mom, this made my life so much easier.
