Horrible customer service. I hit a deer June 27th, had my car towed to them the next day. Originally said the car would be finished by July 10. Then as the days went on they said it wouldnt be until July 19th because of "the holiday" (give me a break, Independence Day tacks on nine more days??), then when July 19th approached they said it wouldnt be ready until the 27th because they had someone unexpectedly quit but they assured my husband that the car was finished and all it needed was a paint job. Yesterday, July 24th I sent my husband over to get something out of the car and he said that the car hadnt been touched. It was sitting behind some kind of barn and all they had done was pull off one of the headlights. On top of that, they had stacked dirty boxes in the back of my car with sharp metal edges sticking out of the boxes and into the upholstery, and the boxes sat on top of a side window visor that I had in the back of my car that I was going to put back on after I got the car back but it was now completely shattered. My husband talked to a lady named Megan who told him she doesnt know who told him that the car was almost finished but to be assured that the rental car will be covered by the shop after the 27th when the insurance will no longer cover it (that just tells us now that we wont be getting the car back on the 27th). So my husband went home and then we decided he should get that in writing because Ive seen peoples court one too many times and I know you need that kind of stuff in writing. So he went back and this time the "manager" or whatever he was.. a guy named Dustin talked to my husband and tried to intimidate him by yelling and acting very angry when my husband voiced his concerns about the boxes and the visor. He said why should we care, because theres dog hair in the back of the car, and because of the dog hair (which was not a lot) he says we dont take care of the car so "why should he". Absolutely horrible customer service and lack of communication skills gives this "body shop" a one star. Pulled our car out of there and had it taken to a different body shop. If I could give them a negative star I would.. its been almost a whole month without my car already and they seem to be in no hurry. Definitely would never recommend them. As a matter of fact, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUPERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP! CUSTOM REFINISHING DOES NOT REALLY HAVE ANY COMPETITORS AS CLEARLY THEY ARE IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN. THEY BACK THEIR WORK FOR A LIFETIME AND THAT SAYS ALOT. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY, I WAS UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS INCLUDING WHEN MY VEHICLE WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP. CUSTOM REFINISHING FROM START TO FINISH IS A CLASS ACT!!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! MASTERS AT THEIR CRAFT!

This place does not understand respectful customer service. If you take your car here, dont expect to get it back when expected, to be respectfully spoken to as a paying customer, or for your car to be fixed correctly. At the end of our business together, my insurance company did a new estimate and found a thousand dollars worth of new damage.
