My experience was really splendid and I wanted to give them props where props was due. The people who helped me were Tim and Carlos. My dad backed into my car the day after christmas and my little blue honda fit was no match for his truck. I had to bring my car in to a number of places and I had 2 problems. 1) It was near christmas/ new years. So there was a lot of places that wouldnt even look at my car until February. 2) Even if they did want to work on it, the asking price for the work varied from place to place. I needed honesty and while theres a lot of mechanics, during this busy season I needed someone willing to talk to me about what work might need to be done. I went to a lot of places. B C is in Kerville and typically theyre less busy than San Antonio due to population differences. So they were able to look at my car much sooner than most. I talked to a number of mechanics before on things like what needed to be done. But here they were giving me more specifics and made me feel like I could trust them a little more. They didnt max out what they could do. I didnt want to go through insurance if it could be helped. And when they were able to replace me hood they showed me what options I had, not just on paper. They went outside with me and showed me what options they could do efficiently and cheaply or what simply would be best to order brand new. The customer service was refreshing. They focus pretty well on what customers they have in front of them and when its your turn you have their undivided attention. My car looks great. It drives true and even let me keep some of the leftover paint so in case my car ever got scratched I could coat it. Lots of little touches made this very satisfactory for me. I give them 5/5. They have my recommendation and a satisfied customer.

Horrible work ethics. Im stationed in Germany and my car was in a hailstorm back in the states. I filed the claim and had my Father-in-law take care of the leg work. 3 months till they could get it in the shop and another 2 months till I had to call them and find out that it was almost done. I got the claim completed as well as sent the 500 deductible. Almost 7000 in total. When the car was finally ready they hadnt done the repairs they were supposed to, didnt even repaint it, in fact, the car was not even washed and there were new scratches on it. They then proceeded to lie and told us the insurance company told them to.

Bc refused to release my car to the insurance agency despite me giving consent 5 times. I gave consent twice in person and three times over the phone. They charged my insurance $750 a day for 5 days because they lied to me and the insurance. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have never had a business treat me so poorly and lie to me like this. They only released it after I went in with my insurance agent that had to travel from san antonio to deal with their ludacris behavior.

I took my car to BC for collision repair, I was rear ended in my SUV and my cargo door was completely non functional plus the other damage. They did amazing body work and my car looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot and they did it in a timely manor! Staff was great and so nice!

Nice people and they do good work. However, they took over three weeks to fix a dented rear quarter panel and replace a bent control arm. This would have been OK. But they kept me "out of the loop" by NEVER calling with updates.

Awsome place Had my Camaro repaired here. staff was awsome very friendly , helped me with all the questions i had. they would tell me the truth about my repair and explain it to me. my car came out great looks very sharp,

Terrible workmanship. They will not stand behind their work. I had a vehicle painted by them two years ago, the paint is flaking off and the sanding marks are showing through the paint

Horrible service and can barely get on the phone with anyone whenever I call. They also give me an estimated time and did not deliver anywhere close to the date.
