I had a great experience at North Lamar Auto Body Shop. After a small fender bender I drove around to four auto body shops to get quotes for the work - Mark quoted me less than half of what the other shops suggested. I was a little skeptical considering he was so much lower than the other guys, and the shop itself isnt the most pristine of places, but I was paying out of pocket and decided to take a risk (or so I thought). Mark said it would be two days (the others suggested 5), and it did only take two days. The car came out looking better than before the accident, and he charged me exactly what he estimated when he first saw the damage. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my repairs (hopefully I have no more need for auto body work though).

I dont think I can properly describe how great this place is. I had been driving around all morning getting quotes for a fender replacement, with one place telling me that I would need a new door, the entire car would need repainting, it would take 5 days and cost $2000. That was the worst one, but others were pretty similarly terrifying. Then I went to visit Mark at North Lamar Auto Body Shop and life got better. He was honest and worked hard to help me out. He really cares about what he does. It felt more like I was just spending time with a friend. The work was of exceptional quality, the price was affordable and it was so quick. Seriously, this guy is the best, and I left feeling very happy :)

Well, this is my new mechanic and body shop. Mark is WONDERFUL. I came in with my bumper duct taped to my car and within an hour he had put it back together and cleaned off the duct tape scum. He was really friendly and I enjoyed talking about Iranian history with him. This place was way cheaper than any other mechanic or body shop Ive been to, and I actually enjoyed the experience the whole time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Mark is definitely your guy for all things cars!

We took our 300 Chrysler her cause we had a bad wreck and the whole front end was just messed up Mark said he could fix it brand new so we took it in and when he called that it was ready we went to go and pick it up. OMG Mark did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!!! You cant even tell the car had a wreck it is so beautiful and perfect work THANK YOU, THANK YOU I couldnt stop shaking his hand for such a great job ! I will forever send people your way.

When my wife and I were stranded in Austin when our ignition cylinder broke, Mark was helpful enough to drive down on a Sunday morning and give our car an inspection free of charge! He even recommended a locksmith to us who got our car running and got us home the next day. I would highly recommend Marks services to those visiting Austin. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a trustworthy and reputable man in the city.

My girlfriend and I brought our automobile to Mark at North Lamar Auto Body in October of 2014. Mark treated us very fairly and provided us with the best service we could ask for. The car was repaired within a week after insurance gave the OK. He also provided us a loaner car for the mean time. Another plus was they were the only Auto Body shop open on Sunday in the area. Mark was a total lifesaver. The insurance company totaled our car for a busted tail light and scratched bumper (they wanted us to replace it). Mark talked us through the damage and provided a cheap fix with used parts for a fraction of the salvage value. Thanks to Mark, we actually made money off the hit and run!! Highly recommend.

Mark was fantastic!! My 2012 Ford Focus got clipped on the front fender and he fixed it in 3 days and it looked BETTER than new!! Wonderful customer service on top of that. If you need ANYTHING done, go see Mark!
