This company is bs. They lied to us. They told us what we wanted to hear so they could get the work. We had an insurance check for hail damage. We got our insurance to write the check in ther name and mail it to them. They told us it would take 2 weeks. We had to pay for a rental for 4 weeks. They also said they would fix a passanger side door that was back into with a tail gate. They lied amd changes their minds in the middle. Hey thats not the big deal. The big deal is. They fixed hail damage on driver side door. When we come to pick it up the door has a dent where somone open the door into something. Was not there 2 days ago befor we picked it up when we went 2 check on it. Also the backed into something and dented the back right side. It looks like crap. Come on why call us and say its ready. They put a new front peice on the truck which the new piece has 5 freaking dents when in sun light. Our dang seat belts dont even work noe because they obviously dont know how to put them back together. When i showed him this stuff he got mad. They arw not frienly2 anyways. They referred to our truck a few times saying i dont know whats going on with that truck. I dont know what kind of business they r running but i dont even trust them to take my truck back up there. Good luck if you choose this company.

My grandfather passed away, and left me his truck, which had extensive damage on the driver side. Andrew and the guys at complete Collision did a such an awesome job fixing left side that i then had andrew repair the right side of the truck, which had been repaired by another body shop, but looked like a kid repaired it. In the end andrew and his team did a excellent job on repairing and paining both sides of my truck, my grandfather would be extremely happy with the results. Look no further for your collision repairs , these guys are top notch.

Initially went to place in Kerrville which said it would take 15-18 business days and got bad vibe so found complete collision that had good reviews. Andrew the owner was extremely friendly and great communication throughout. I added another job and he had it done before 15 business days. Work looked really good and even cleaned interior of car and shined wheels. Definitely above and beyond. Will go back without a doubt if needed but hopefully I wont!

This place sucks. We left with new dents on our truck. They put a new front peice and it has like 5 dents in it. They said it would take 2 weeks. But took 4 weeks. They fixed a door but it had a totally new dent on it. And they put a new dent on the back right side. Plus are seat belts r not working properly now. They are hard to pull out and wont go back in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have taken all of my automotive work here and the turn around time and service is fantastic. Most recently I had a full front brake job done and body work to the roof and hood of my car. The owner Jared was very friendly but I had to call to find the shop because Google doesnt list the full address which is at 1785 Farm to Market Road 1283 in Pipe Creek. Will go back again! Body work was top notch!

I had a great experience with this body shop. My wife got rear ended in her brand new Rav 4 so we were told by a friend of mine to check this place out. The work was completed in a timely fashion and you couldnt even tell that the car was in a wreck. The paint was even match correctly. My wife and I live in Boerne, but the drive was well worth it. I highly recommend this body shop!!!

Andrew and his team have worked on several of our vehicles the past two years. They are flexible and actually care about getting you back into your vehicle in a reasonable time frame.
