I washed the engine on my 95 Camaro on a Saturday morning and it wouldnt start. I called 911 auto because it came up as the first choice for 24 hr auto repair on Google search on my mobile phone. They replaced the distributor cap and rotor. I went ahead and had them replace the water pump since it had to come off anyway to replace the aforementioned parts. This cost me $1100. When I picked up the car it was running very poorly but at least it was running. They wanted another $200 to diagnose the additional problem which they said could take up to 12 hours. (parts and labor to fix it would be extra). When I got it home I found the water pump they installed leaking (I fixed it with JB Weld). Later I found that the wire going to the distributor that they replaced had a bad end on it. (I showed the wire to my wife and she was able to recognize that it was broken) I dont know if they broke the wire or not but a professional mechanic charging $1100 should have at least recognized it and replaced it. I replaced the wire which cost about $30 from ebay and took about 2 mins to replace and now the car runs great. I would not recommend 911 auto to anybody unless they were my enemy.

I took my 2000 Bonneville to 911 Auto Center because my car was making an awful noise and my husband determined that it was the AC. First quote was 295, we accepted and then a call was made to tell us that the compressor needed replaced, so ok well pay 995, then a second call was placed to us saying that to do the job right we should do some cleaning etc so the final price with tax ended up a little over 1400. A month and a half later, I no longer had AC, so I took the car back to them, theres a problem can u please fix? Gladly they say, its under warranty. Then a call was placed, sorry maam this has nothing to do with the work we did, its the accuators in the dash itll be another 500-1000 to fix this. I asked why wasnt this fixed in the first place and was told that things break all the time and that we were welcome to get a second opinion. I got that second opinion from Aloha Motors (right down the street) and low and behold, wrong parts were used on the compressor and therefore we leaked out freeon! There was no way I was letting this scam store touch my car again and I will be getting my money back! I didnt even want to give this place 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

WHOM ever it may be, I am not sure why these people are in business. I had a very ugly experience there. I was there sometime ago and I could not believe how they actually rob you and work on your vehicle even before you tell them too. The staff and mechanics are pure rip offs. I was charged for a starter or alternator and had not authorized them to work on and even so I should have called the police for their non compliance. I will warn all that go there....please do not get any repairs there. I aslo talked directly to that squat of a owner if he is still there ripping people off Im sure, I was not going to be charged with an assualt cause I am not that stupid but that ass**** is lucky and quite a con.

This place had a bad reputation a few years ago but I had the best experience ever. The owner kept me informed about everything and handled the entire issue right away. I am very happy with the cost and price and the way I was treated at 911 Auto. Thanks and keep up the great work. Our community needs someone with your quality and experience for us who do not make a great living and cannot afford to pay high prices for repairs. Very pleased

I can’t say enough good things about the quality and customer service at 911 auto center. I’ve used them three times and they’ve always done a great job in setting the right expectation up front and communicating with me at every step. Their work is second to none – they’re experts and provide great value…best of all, they make sure the customer is happy with the result – something that is hard to find these days.

They kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks, no communication on when I would get it. I only found out the 3 separate delays because I called them to see if my vehicle was ready on the dates they gave me... then delayed. This was also a insurance covered repair and after they forced us to pay for some of the costs out of pocket. Literally take your vehicles anywhere but here. It couldnt possibly be any worse anywhere else!!

Sent in my vehicle to get fixed. Took them three days to fix, and $850 later it is still broken. I would never recommend anyone to go here, dont waste your money. If you have gone here and have gotten screwed, report this business to the Better Business Bureau and take them to small claims court to get your money back. A business this bad should not be allowed to continue running!!

Absolute garbage, from the customer service to the vehicle service. Swirls in repaints, uneven body panels, over priced labor considering how long theyll keep your vehicle, poor at returning calls with a complete answer, wouldnt take another car there even for an oil change. Cant believe theyre still in business...
