Very bad experience overall, they made a mistake on my car that they didnt once take blame for and the manager on duty on July 7th 2016 around 8 am, did not once apologize to me for the mistake they made and he was not very polite either. He seemed very upset about reimbursing me for $30 that I had to spend because of the mistake they made. Horrible experience never again going there, and never again giving them my service.

Great service! Quick and easy. The Helotes Express location is by appointment only! Due to this, if you dont have an appointment they will turn you away. This is strictly for those who have already made claims had an estimate done, and are dropping off for repairs. On site Enterprise car rental makes for a seamless experience. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
