I was going to write a long and nasty review about this shop but id rather not step done to there level, but i have to say this if anyone is thinking of using this shop and have insurance , DONT DO IT. They take forever , never call you and inform you of whats going on , marc perez the "general manager" of this is very unprofessional has a bad attitude rolls his eyes if you complain that job wasnt done right and never calls you to inform you of status change. Then if you complain has his buddy from statefarm call you to talk trash from statefarm working in the injury department . Overall customer service from the guy is not good , just fake at first he seems upfront and honest but then when you ask about car he gets mad and gives you the run around i dont know about anyone else that works there but i know for sure that guy shouldnt be working there at all. He made me so upset i couldnt step foot there anymore because if i wouldnt be able to write this review . Id just rather inform you of bad place so in hope noone loses their cool , because its not worth it. My car had broken tail light and gas cap and rear bumper that they didnt want to repair properly because they said it was already like that which it wasnt because they took apart whole car and didnt fix it properly. Might as well take it to dealership if you have issues . Because this shop already has a ton of bad reviews about same situation i shouldve read them before i had to endure this headache and childish games . I rate this overall interaction a 0 and will be reporting this to everyone i possibly can they shouldnt working with statefarm giving good company bad name ! Adding on 6/17/16 since like i said i never wanted to step foot there ever again , being the smart move , my mother is dealijg with them now , and they told her to remove my post that they are making a big deal about it , here is what i have to say about that if you dont like what people have to say dont give people the run around because at the end of the day people will just make reviews like this , like i said they just threaten people and try to intimidate but there is nothing wrong with informing people of how poorly they treat others if i had know before i wouldve never taken my car there . So PLEASE DONT TAKE IT NO HERE, WORST PLACE EVER! Another thing the only people that have reviewed this shop a good score was the people that work there! Because everyone whos actuallt gotten work has experienced the same thing just didnt have to to write review .

IF I could give them a ZERO I would they dont even deserve a one star. DONT NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! they had mine for over a month and kept saying oh itll be done this day and when that day came it changed to another day and it kept going on like that. They hardly ever talk to you on the phone its always oh he will have to call you back and he never does and when he does its a miracle. the guys working on my scratched the trunk of my car after it was finished and we were told to come pick it up and instead of calling us before we got there they waited to tell us when we got there that they had to go back and fix the scratch which still has a knick on the trunk like they didnt let the paint dry and hit it with something. my husband forgot to take his ds player out of the car and guess what it was stolen from someone who works there! they also said that they had to clean the headliner because someone got black all over it well they didnt clean it good and there is grease or oil stays not sure which but in my seats. THEY ALSO LOST TWO PIECES ON MY CAR AND WE HAD TO WAIT YET AGAIN ON THEM TO GET NEW ONES.they didnt put the roofliner back on properly its looks a mess. oh and when we got in the car it said low tire pressure so we drove down to the gas station by it and there was a screw in my tire! they had to know about it to because my car signals when the tires are low so everytime they started it it the signal would go off and stay on they just didnt care. we also took the car with at least 60 miles before it was empty on gas and when we got it, it had like 20 there is no way they used that much gas moving it around the tiny parking lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMEY.you never get an update on your car unless you call and call and call or drive there and everytime its a different story. the service rep over my car there would tell me a different story everytime I talked to him and then when I pointed it out he was like I dont know who your getting your information from but it isnt correct I ONLY TALKED TO HIM. EVERYTIME I SAID I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGERAND I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM IS THE ONLY TIME THE SERVICE REP WOULD CALL ME BACK, this place is horrible I dont even know how they are still open. LIKE I SAID BEFORE I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE WE MADE THAT MISTAKE....DEFINETLY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHER ELSE.

Car got towed here on a weekend and unfortunately for me, I didnt read the reviews before I decided to leave the car there and let them do the work. Although my car did eventually get repaired and havent had any big issues with their work, the customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. After being told it would take two weeks to fix my car (which was justified given the recent hail damage that had messed up so many cars in San Antonio), the repair ended up taking about a month and I was never informed of an extension in the amount of time it would take. When I would call to get an update, although they were not rude to me, they wouldnt really give me an answer as to how my car was doing. When time came to actually pick up my car, I was not told that I couldnt pay more than $500 dollars on my card. So I show up to get my car and am told that Im not getting my car because I dont have a check (instead of card). So make sure that if your bill is more than $500 that you dont plan to pay with card because they will not help you with that. After about an hour of telling the man behind the desk that I was not leaving without my car, he finally says that he spoke to his higher-ups and that they would authorize him to charge me the full bill on my card so that I could get my car back. My in-person experience was a lot worse than I feel like writing because I really dont want to be a dick and name names. When I did get my car back, the items in my center compartment were definitely sorted through and I cant seem to find my Oakleys. Not saying anyone took them and I should definitely have emptied that compartment before leaving my keys with them, but I am a very organized person which is how I knew that my things had been sorted through and I seldom misplace things.
