Since the first time I used Kelly Carstar Collision, I have remained faithful to a cadre of polite, courteous, and awesome representatives and technicians who always do nothing short of an excellent job with auto body repair and painting. If the repair is under an insurance claim, they will deal directly with the insurance company to afford you some breathing room and alleviate inconvenience. If the insurance company authorizes an "open assignment," Kelly personnel will quickly take photographs of the damage, visually assess the damage, order replacement parts, and produce a reasonable repair estimate, which they provide directly to the insurance company. This process is very quick and eliminates customer worry. They always strive to complete the job in a quick but thorough manner. Their technicians are very experienced with a myriad of car models and engine configurations, and they also have a plethora of knowledge regarding chassis work and structural integrity of auto components. Thus far, they have worked on a 1999 Honda Accord, a 2010 Volkswagen Golf, and a 2011 Toyota Rav4, and the work on all three vehicles has been nothing short of excellent. They even do their best to match the paint--even if the car does not have the actual color code or scheme. I would definitely recommend this shop over Caliber Collision, who took two weeks to do the same bodywork that Kelly Carstar Collision did in three days. They even wash and vacuum the car before pickup! Try them. Im 100 percent positive that you will not be disappointed.

Its been a while since I have been here, but the service is always AWESOME! I bring my Dodge Grand Caravan and my husbands Ford Escort Station Wagon. We have been using Kelly for a couple of years now, even if it is just a problem with the car that is not related to a collision. Miguel is the representative that always helps us, and he is very kind, respectful, and helpful EVERYTIME! I have their number programed in my cell for whenever I need them. I actually called them today, 6/5/2013 to bring in my van. I ALWAYS recommend them to my family and friends! : )

Poor quality service. Lobby was impressive. Their objective to customer service posted clearly for all to read. I thought I was at the right place. Their repair had NO attention to detail. After the third time returning with issues. I reported the complaints to BBB . Never once did the owner / management directly spoke to me to resolve these issues. BBB took no action. The issue was me. The customer.

I cannot say enough how much of a saving grace this shop has been. Lexy Solano, the young lady that helped me. There are not enough words to explain how fantastic and reassuring she is. First time experiencing hail damage, she not only did what USAA couldnt and get my truck towed the same day. She also did what USAA couldnt do and she found me a rental place that had cars available. Amazing!!

Very poor !!!!Had my truck towed there for repairs and had 2 of my tires slashed while in there property. It was there for weeks with no repairs done to it . Was told my truck was in the repairs process. two days after I get a call saying my truck is a week to 3 weeks out from even getting a bay.
