I usually DO NOT write reviews BUT this place gave me such a HORRIBLE experience it needs to be known. I give them negative 5 stars; unfortunately I could not post without at least one star due to Google rules. My husband and I went in to this place on July 18, 2016 with the intentions of purchasing a Toyota Tundra. Let me start by saying that it was hard to find a sales guy. They all look like they were on break. However, when we finally did get help(after searching a sales rep out) we told the people up front what our expected monthly payment would be and what we WILL NOT go over monthly as a payment. Our payment was $650.00 a month and NO more. Oh we also had negative equity from a car we purchased 2 months earlier that we were trading in for the Tundra. The sales rep automatically asked what I owed and how much they would carry over without even seeing the car because I was not in the vehicle at the time. We found a truck and decided to move on with a purchase. We test drove the truck and had literally no gas in it. Before pulling credit I asked if our credit would be pulled more than once. They responded "NO". Anyways after waiting for more than 5 hours, I find out our credit was pulled like 4 times. Okay, I get over that lie and wait to go to financing. When I get back to financing they tell me that I can take the 2013 Toyota Tundra home for $810 a month. WHAT!!! My husband and I then look at each and other and ask are they kidding. They respond no. So now at this I am pissed off because we wasted all this time for them to tell me $810 a month when I CLEARLY told them $650 and no more. What also pissed me off about the $810 is that the truck we were interested in had a lot of scratches, ripped leather, and the truck kind of felt like it was shaking but they told me it was just the mud tires that was on the truck. It would have been better for them to just tell me they CAN NOT meet them terms. BUT NO they didnt. They kept pushing. This $810 a month did not come with a warranty either. WHAT WHO DOES THAT? am I at a NO CREDIT CHECK car lot or something. So Anyways!!! The finance guy then tells us to go and look for a cheaper truck so we did. It was certified and it was cheaper. The finance people then come back and tell me the payment on this certified truck is $7ish and no warranty. CERTIFIED WITH NO WARRANTY....UGGGHHH...at this point Im even more pissed a certified vehicle with no warranty. To my knowledge all certified vehicles come with warranties or some sort of package. Needless to say we left and DID NOT RETURN. Anyways Today; which is the very next day we got up and went looking again. We ended up at Toyota Universal. Someone greeted us right away. We told him what happen at the previous Toyota place; so we were not sure if we wanted to really deal with the same issue again. Our sales rep insured us we had nothing to worry about and he has our truck. He brings a 2014 CERTIFIED truck around the corner and tells us to test drive it. WE did and applied. Later on that day we OWNED A 2014 Toyota Tundra Certified may I add with our desired payment. Thank you Toyota Universal!!!! and Thank you North Park Toyota without my experience there we would not have been blessed at Toyota Universal.

Very disappointed with our purchase from here. The salesman that I had was Robert Robles. I purchased a 2015 4Runner Limited for my Fiance for Christmas. When searching for the vehicle I told Robert that I wanted "Every Option" and also said the phrase "Fully Loaded". They did not have this vehicle in stock and he was searching for one. Well first it took almost 4 days to finally find the one we ended up with. I put down a deposit to secure the first one and somehow it was sold out from under me. He then claimed he found another one in Dallas and the next day called and said that one fell through as well. Well he finally found one and after having gone and picked it up and suprised my fiance with it I discovered it did not have every option like I requested. The option she wanted most was remote start and the vehicle did not have this option although it is offered as an option. When I called to tell Robert about this he tried to convince it wasnt worth it because the Toyota remote start makes you turn off and restart the vehicle when you enter it. He completely tried to dismiss my frustration as I kept telling him how upset I was. He then told me that ifIo wanted this option I would have to pay extra for it. I disagree because I requested several times for a fully loaded vehicle with every option which would include remote start obviously since this is an option. He only seemed to care about me giving him a good review and mentioned this several times as I was leaving the dealership. He even told me "we are supposed to show the customers how to use the entune system but can you just say that I showed you in the review so I will get credit for it". I also asked if I could have the windows tinted free since I was accepting the prife we discussed and he said no problem. When he called again he tried to xharge me for the tint so I told him nevermind since he told me what I wanted to hear to makr the sale. I have told everyone I know about my crooked experience with this dealer and will never be back!

Upon purchasing the car, I found Blaine to be helpful and patient. He also really incentivized the sale, providing me with swag, an extended warranty, car wash perks (beyond the standard), and also told me that if I ever needed to have my car serviced for an extended period of time, North Park would provide me with a loaner to get around. He specifically sited their dedication to quality costumer service as a Lexus dealership (thus used to a higher-end clientele), as reasoning. Since purchasing my new 2012 Toyota vehicle, Ive only ever had routine service with the dealership, and the service team was, up until recently, professional and easy to deal with. As of January, I wanted to have my rear bumper fixed recently, after an accident in a parking lot that left it warped and missing paint. I was told that the bumper had to be replaced since the brackets that were broken are not replaceable. I was told this twice, on two separate occasions. I googled the part and found it to be available for $20. While I shouldve learned there, I still decided to take it to NPT because the cost of replacement was going to be almost the same as the cost of fixing the bumper and renting a car while mine was in the shop. I thought that while Toyota was scamming me for a new bumper, I was getting out okay saving the cost of the rental. When I called to make arrangements, I was told no loaner would be provided. I was told that nothing could be done. The apologized for the misunderstanding. The thing is, this really wasnt a misunderstanding, was it? I was given faulty, dishonest information on more than one occasion. I consider myself pretty average, and so with all the responsibilities I have to juggle, the last thing I should have to do is sift through dishonest information. I could not recommend this site to any potential car buyer interested in investing, not only in a vehicle, but in a team dedicated to keeping said vehicle in prime condition. North Park isnt committed to that, or so it seems. Find someone else.
