Must say, I am very pleased with the finished product of the car I handed over to Star Collision. I originally had doubt choosing them due to the multiple repairs that needed to be done and was unsure if the car could ever be repaired to its previous state. My end decision to go with star collision proved to be rewarding. I handed over the car with much needed body work on the drivers side and slight hail damage that was done months ago along with minor scratches that had accumulated over time. Throughout the process, I received day to day calls and messages updating me on the status of my car; along with the great customer service, they also provide a discount on the insurance deductible which came as a pleasant shock when i received the bill. In conclusion star collision is the shop where the prices are fair, the people treat you like family, and their work is phenomenal

Worst service Ive Ever had! I went here only bc everyone else had a long wait because of the hail storm and boy did I regret it! Owner was super rude! I have never had a owner be so unprofessional before! The paperwork for my car wasnt even ready when I went to pick it up although they called saying it was. On top of all this my car wasnt fixed properly. I had to send back my car TWICE bc they ended up messing up my car more while fixing it. The fact that they tried to send me away like that was beyond me. It was just a horrible experience if you have the option to go somewhere else go elsewhere... please!

If you need collision repair, painting or total restoration this is the place to go. I had work done there on my vintage Mustang and they did a superb job quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Friendly and honest people. After many years of frustration Ive finally found an excellent auto repair shop in "St Johns Auto Repair" and an excellent collision, paint & restoration shop in "Star Collision" for my vehicles. Maybe the only two places left in San Antonio that are both highly competent, trustworthy, and reasonable that provide high quality automotive work.

Weve been here with a couple of our vehicles already and they have done good work. Our 4Runner had over $10k of damage from hail and it did take a lot longer than we were told to get it back, but with the number of claims going on at once, it was understandable. There were only a few minor issues with it once we got it back and they were quick to fix them after one trip back. Took off one star because I think the communication could be a bit better. Most of the time I had to end up calling back over and over. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I got rear ended in an accident. I took my car to star collision and they repaired all damage done to the car. Its as if the accident never happened. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend it to my friends. They would call me an give me updates on the car, which I appreciated. It did take over a month for them to finish, but they seem very busy with lots of cars being worked on. To me it was worth the long wait, seeing how my car looks brand new. They also gave me a limited warranty. Overall, I give them a 4 out of 5 stars.

Just got my truck back today it looks great and I am so happy that I found this shop. Im new to San Antonio and after my truck was damaged I didnt know who to turn to but after checking out some reviews on Google I found star Collision repair . they are a small family Mom and pop type of shop and everyone made an effort to meet me and let me know that I was in good hands. I will use them again and I will recommend them to all that I know. Thank you guys for the over all great service.

I had just purchased a car and a couple of months later it was hit. With lots of research, I found these guys at Star Collision and was very pleased with their work! Absolutely flawless work! They matched up the paint perfectly and only took a few short days to complete the work. It looks as if nothing ever happened to my car. Their prices are really reasonable and they really show how much they care about you and your vehicle. Will definitely recommend to others!

I took my car here after I had an accident, and they worked on my car so fast. It was out and ready for pick up in the estimated time they had told me. My car looked a little better than it did before and I was very satisfied with the customer service. The staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They sure did fix my little baby up and I am so happy I chose to take my car to this shop to have my work done. Definitely recommend!

After Pro care collision canceled my appointment and put me on theyre waiting list for over a month with for hail damage, I found star collision and they took me in the following Monday and started repairs and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ernest and his team they did an excellent job bring back to life my beat up hail ridden F250. Great job guys. I would definitely return.

Service couldnt have been better! THIS is how a business should be run. They were fast, considerate, and the work is flawless. I took my car to Star after a front-end collision and you could never tell it happened. I would rate them higher if I could.
