PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS AT SERVICE KING. NEGATIVE STAR RATING. First my vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck company and Service King said that the driver didnt leave the keys as per Bob the manager. It was delivered on a Friday at 2:40 p.m. and I got a call on Tuesday at 12:56 p.m. which is 2 1/2 business days later telling me they broke into my truck and Service King said that there not responsible because the tow company didnt check the keys in. After talking with the front office the lady said a file has to be opened to create a Repair order that how I got a text saying they got my truck. As the young lady was talking to me giving information someone hung up the phone while she was talking. And they lady said that they have to get the keys or they need to call the owner of the vehicle to bring them, which none of that occurred and they left my truck outside NOT SECURED Friday afternoon, Saturday(8 am - 1 pm), Sunday (Closed), Monday all day and finally check it Tuesday at 12:56 when I received a call it had been broken into all my radio, amp, and speaks, supposedly my keys and damage to the keyless entry and door damage. Now after all this Bob the manager want me to open a comprehensive claim. And he would take care of a $100 deductible. Hell no they are responsible for the vehicle because I got a text they received it and never got a call about missing keys. MY INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY PULLED MY VEHICLE FROM THEM AFTER FINDING THEY ARE WRONG BUT THEY CANT PERSURE THEM LEGALLY BUT I CAN. I RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THAT THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESS. IF I COULD TELL YOU EXACTLY EVERY THING THAT HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE A BOOK!

If I could,I would put NO stars. First we had an issue with parts being on backorder so I had to do the footwork myself to have the 2nd panel shipped and at that they didnt call me when the part came in. Then floor mats vanished and they said they didnt have em but 3 days later what do you know they Found them. Needless to say this Service King does not service their customers like Royalty!! Dont do business with them. Thanks for reading my review.

I called to make an appt. and when I got there they told me there was no appt. then I reschedule and left my vehicle and its been there for a week already and no one has called me and I cant reach the person that is in charge and my vehicle its bearly on step 2...will never go back to service king
