My insurance company had my vehicle taken there for repairs on Sept. 3rd 2013, I had front end damage to my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. When doing the repairs, they severely damaged the dashboard, they melted a large section of it while doing some welding. They ordered a new dashboard which took several weeks fire them to receive it, once it finally arrived it was the wrong model, they had to order another one, when they received the second one they started installing it only to find out the wiring harness was not compatible, so they had to order an adaptor but couldnt find one so they had to order a new wiring assembly, I kept checking up on the progress, they had actually completed the damage from the accident within the first month, I was in a rental mind you and the insurance only paid for it the first month due to the accident repair being "completed" so I had to start paying for the rental or of my own pocket, I was in a mid size car, Dodge Avenger, in order to be able to get my wheelchair in and out of on my own, and to install portable hand controls for the gas and brakes, this was running me about $1,000 a month, finally in December they agreed to pay for a rental since they were at fault for the damage done, however they would only pay for a economy car, a Neo? It was about the size of a old vw bug, it was very difficult to get my wheelchair in and out of the car and to utilize the hand controls. I was stuck driving that rental until Feb. 2014, when I finally got my truck back. I had to take it back at least 3 times, due to loud rattle from the engine, they determined it was due to a missing bracket which they had to order, it took almost a month for them to call me that they had received it, unfortunately I had surgery two days before they called me and it was approximately a month before I was able to drive again and I had to coordinate with a friend to go with me, so they could go inside to let them know I was there since the place was not accessible to me in my wheelchair, I could go into the shop area, but I couldnt get into the office area to check in, wait for the repair etc. When we went, they stated they no longer had the past that they had sent it back because it took me too long to go pick it up and they didnt have the room to store it....seriously it was not a very big part it was smaller than an ipad, so add a result I still have plastic ties supporting whatever component in my engine it was suppose to be supporting. Just a horrid experience, I have never dealt with a business that operated that way. At first they were apologetic for the delay in returning my vehicle, but after the 3rd month all I heard was blah, blah, blah blah. ... I would never recommend them to anyone! Oh, and I didnt mention they totally messed up my car stereo I cant use any of the buttons, they are all like mashed in and stuck, and Ive had electrical issues ever since, intermittently the beep when you lock and unlock the doors using the key fob does not work, occasionally the dashboard lights and gauges will all light up and at other times they dont turn on, and the buttons on the steering wheel to control the stereo rarely work. I didnt realize some of those things right off since I was unable to drive much for the first couple of months after I finally got it back and when I took it back to them they denied it had anything to do worth their repairs and wouldnt even check it out. My truck is paid for and had lure mileage not to mention sentimental value since my dad bought that truck for me, when I was young and started driving they didnt have the money to buy me a car I always had to use my moms car until I was out on my own and was able to buy my own car, so for my 49th birthday he bought me that truck brand new, and he past away the following year. There is no reason I shouldnt be able to have that truck for many more years, but because of the electrical issues Im afraid I may end up having to sell it and get another vehicle all because of their crappy repair work.

I put a lot of thought into this review. I really want people to know how my experience was at Service King Babcock location. So on 11/9 at 2am I was in a car accident. Front and side body damage. No engine damage and No airbags deployed. My car (2001 BMW 330i) arrived at Service King at about 10am 11/9/11. It wasnt until 12/16/11 I finally had it back. I want to base this review on stars. I will deduct a star for every time this shop inconvenience me. Keeping my car for as long as you did and causing me all the bellow headache. (A customer shouldn’t have to go through this; I wish I took it somewhere else) -1 Keeping my car longer than the insurance was paying for a rental. The shop getting me a different Rental, and making me pay additional money for rental because of a young drivers fee. (Should of fixed it before insurance’s rental was due) -1 Having to hold your hand when telling you which tires to get. (Damaged in accident) -1 Having replaced both headlights that didn’t match the car and not even aligning the bulbs. One bulb was even installed upside down. -1 Told me that car was ready, went to pick it up, and there was a list of things that were not finished, still missing a parts and incorrect installations. Had to keep it for another week. -1 Told me car was ready a second time, went to pick it up, fog lights didn’t turn on. Then told me to come back at the Shops convenience to repair. -1 Having to take my car back to repair fog lights. Then after they turned on, my instrument cluster would rattle. (Didn’t rattle right before I took it to them to fix fog lights) -1 ^ On top of that, the shop wouldn’t even fix it. Told me to take it somewhere else. They said all they did was replace the fuse and the bulbs. Come to find out they replaced the wrong fuse, I swapped the fuses and it worked no more cluster problem. So because they caused the issue and didn’t except fault or responsibility, -1 Airbag light wouldn’t turn off after they gave it back to me. Said they would get some other company to travel to me and reset it. Never happen. Had to take to different shop. -1 Overall I am very dissatisfied with this shop’s work. I wish I took it somewhere else, they probably could of fixed it in half the time without all the above inconvenience. I only took it here because it is what my insurance company (USAA) recommended. So after the above deductions, if there are any stars left I award them to the shop. They did eventually fix my car, ALMOST the way it was before the accident. Thanks for reading my long review =)

Very good quality work on the vehicle. Impressed with the way they handled and carried them selves. My 06 Acura Rsx Type-s (pearl white) was wrecked into on the drivers side front... the bumper was pushed inward, the hood popped up, fender damaged, and slight wheel damage, headlight messed up, and you get the picture. I did my claim through progressive insurance, my car was a hit and run, (it was parked in a parking lot of 410, Alamo draft house area) and i took it in on Monday morning. They told me it would be ready by Friday, and they called me back on Tuesday to update me on the info and progress of the car. Very helpful and shows great customer service, my rep was (chris). The car was basically ready by Friday, but the alignment took longer to finish (firestone) so they had the car ready for me to pick up on saturday morning. The car came back to me in great condition, the bumber was replaced(oem).. new fender, new headlight, trimmings, and pin strip, wheel was reconditioned, alignment was back to normal, and they found nothing wrong with the suspension. No damage to the frame was done, so that was a life saver, and the car looked brand new like the way i got it. I would have given them five stars, but the interior was dirty, and when i turned in the car to them, my interior was nice and cleaned and looked great after i had cleaned the leather seats etc. Even though my car had been crashed, i had cleaned the interior and exterior that evening, So overall great experience, I would recommend this shop to any one looking for great customer service, and quality repairs done by collision damage. A+...Hope this review helps someone out. :D
