They only get one star because I had to select one in order to write this review. Brought my girlfriends car in here after she was in a collision. Originally came in to pick up the vehicle noticed that the paint had nibs, fisheyes, missing paint, swirls, hazy paint, and compound everywhere. In addition we drove the vehicle and the passengers side wheel was making noises. I spoke with several of the Service King staff and they assured me the problem would be taken care of. Came in a second time and nothing had changed. I asked if they inspect the vehicles before they release them to customers. They assured me someone does inspect them but they clearly need to be fired. We decided to give them one last chance if they couldnt do anything I informed them I would have to let the insurance company know its not up to standard. Came a third time to pick up the vehicle and not mention they failed to call us back, it was difficult to get in touch with the manager. The vehicle was still in poor condition it appeared they attempted to polish the vehicle but again paint was missing and compound everywhere. The manager I spoke with had nothing to say for the poor work of the shop except to contact the insurance company which we had already done. I pointed out some of the flaws to the manager and he didnt really seem to be that concerned. I wasnt expecting for him to kiss my ass but an explanation as to why we had to come out on 3 separate occasions would have been nice. The quality of work was poor and whoever inspects the vehicles before releasing them needs to be replaced or remediated with further training. Im not sure how this place is still in business, but stay away if you value your vehicle. Ive dealt with Service King in the past but at the De Zevala location and have never had issues. The Bandera/410 location was the worst experience we have ever had with paint shops. I also dont care for the default response saying you will address this issue...because we all know nothing will be done and our time has already been wasted. Thanks.

Geicko insured? Dont take your car here! They just rip you off! I met with an minor accident, there was a dent in the front bumper cover. As my Geico insurance agreed to fix the damages, I selected this service king body shop & took my car to them. First when I met them , they were very cooperative. They expedited my service request and got it done in 5 days. But the used low quality after market parts. Worse, Mirror was replaced with a faulty one, which just kept shaky during the drive. When I took my car and asked them to replace, they just kept saying the parts are on national back order, I later understood that they just didnt want to fix it. They also messed up the driver side window, while replacing the mirror. They couldnt fix it. Instead of fixing they started blaming it on the car, that the parts might have worn out. The window was perfect when I dropped the car with them, but once they fixed the mirror, it messed up the window, it doesnt close& gets stuck halfway. Thus just kept arguing with me that it was not their fault, when evidence clearly showed that it was theirs. They replaced the bumper instead of fixing it, also the headlight, which was also in perfect condition. When asked why, they blandly said that the parts were broken from the inside. After all of this, they agreed to replace the mirror, once they were available. Its been three months now, thers no word from them. They just dont care, after making a hefty bill of $2500, just for those things. I had to pay only $250 deductible, but finally I had to shell out more insurance premium. Bottom line is, never take your car here. Youll get ripped off, like they did to me & service is below par.

I walked in they wanted me to sign authorization for them to work on my car, but they didnt even reviewed what they were going to be working on. I asked and they worker had no answer on when he would be able to review the damages with me, therefore I could not sign their authorization. He just raised his voice at me and said you want to take your car somewhere else then! I said I was going to call USAA my insurance company to see what I should do because of the rental car situation expiring. I started to walk out and the front desk lady said in a rude voice "leave the paperwork that belongs to us!" I paused looked at her for a moment and before I could answer the guy said "let her take it". I told her I would like to read over it and if I agree I can fax it back to her. They really wanted me to sign the authorization, but it clearly stated "they have review the damage and repairs with me" . They said they had 2 cars ahead of me and didnt know when they could get to it, but their werent any customers in the lobby at all. I dont understand why the guy couldnt just walk back there and look at the car with me. I would have taken 5 minutes of his time. Is a customer not worth 5 minutes of his time?

Terrible! I have absolutely the worst time with this Service King. First I had to bring it here from the hail storm damages a year ago and they took significantly longer than what they had told me; when they called me to let me know my car was ready it really wasnt and I had to wait for them in the waiting room for another hour and a half to finally have my car! Next I had to come back today because the job they did on my car wasnt done correctly. When they replaced my roof they didnt fix it properly and now water leaks into my car. I am barely only getting my car in today because after weeks of attempts on my own I had to contact my insurance to even get a phone call back from Service King. Now I am stuck in a sub par rental car that isnt even comparable to my vehicle for who knows how long. You would think that Service King would at least give me a decent rental car or upgrade my rental car for the inconvenience they have put me through. Unfortunately I am not stuck with Service King for a lifetime warranty if anything else from their terrible quality of service happens. I should have just waited for Caliber Collisions, their service and quality of job is always top notch.

Odyssey towed in on Nov 5th, told will be ready in two weeks. I received texts verifying this. The day before I was to pick up the vehicle I called in to confirm. Manager told me that the texts were an automated system and that I should not have relied on it. I was also told that two different hoods had arrived that were damaged. Was then told that the vehicle would not be ready for two more weeks and that I should be able to pick up on Dec 2. On Dec 2 was given a call that vehicle was ready. Another call then came in and was told that another part had to be ordered. It is Dec 3rd, and I have just gotten off of the phone with Service King, the first of which said the vehicle was ready, the second 10 minutes later told me that the part has still not come in. One month and we are still ordering parts. I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone or something. Be very wary of taking your vehicle here. Managers are condescending and rude!
