The new manager is the BEST. Im a mother of two who just got back up on her feet. And Joe has been a HUGE blessing to me and my family. He talked to me about all my concerns he was honest with me and I can tell he was looking for my best interest he compared pricing went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I wanted to literally hand all my money to him. The only thing I regret is I didnt get to him sooner. If you still reading this review and your car needs fixing and you havent got in your car yet WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR because hes waiting for YOU!!!! Not a good experience. My family has gone here for years, but not with the new owner. Car was having trouble starting, so I took it to them. They told me it was definitely the throttle body, and it needed to be replaced. I still had the problem a week later, took it back and asked for the diagnostic report. They said sure and it was definitely the fuel pump. I still have the problem and I still dont know what they checked...they also broke a sensor while replacing the fuel pump, but paid for the new one. Firestone, as well as the previous owners, always reviewed the diagnostic report and made recommendations. 1100 dollars and still no solution.

Horrible customer service. Quoted me with a certain price then wouldnt agree to the same price when I went to schedule an appt. Took them two times to align the tires on my car because the first time they did it my car wobbled more than when I initially took it in. Something about them as always hit me the wrong way. It seems like they are only out to make a buck. The only good thing about them is their cheap oil changes. Although I dont think even that is worth it any more.

These folks do great work! Their prices are more than fair and they work fast! I highly recommend this Meineke location for anyone needing their vehicles repaired. "Dawn" is the Manager. She and her crew run a tight shop and give great results.
