I live in Affton so it has to say a lot to have my car towed form here to St. Charles when I need work done. I only trust you with all of my exhaust needs. I can trust that youre not just trying to sell me stuff I dont need. My exhaust split right at the catalytic converter instead of telling me to replace the whole thing like most shops would have, you welded in a new section of tubing and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate each and everyone of you there, thank you! One thing though, please update your hours on your website to reflect the hours you are actually open. I stopped by Sunday even though it said you are open on your website and people are there, it clearly states you are closed on your door.

As a student far from home i went here when i had car trouble on numerous occasions. The people are very friendly and helpful and most of the time the work they did was quality. The worst shape my car was ever in, i belw out my engine and they did the complete installation of a new engine and cooling system. When my dad rotated my tires monthes later a random bolt fell out from under my car. Come to realize after my next car visit at home that Meineke had missed installing bolts in the engine dock which created a new problem that RUINED my started and other connections. Shotty job that cost me $600. Think twice

Weve been using this Meineke for our basic car needs for a few years now. Were always happy with the work that they do, and the customer service is great! They always go above and beyond. A few months back, I came in for an oil change and to check out prices for new tires. They were able to get the new tires in within 45 minutes and get them on the car that same day so I didnt have to make a return trip. The guys in the shop are always courteous and friendly and take the time to explain whats going on before they make a fix. Highly recommend!

I called and described the sounds my car was making and they were able to accurately guess what the problem was, how fix it, and the approximate cost. They were quick to get me in and even quicker to get the repair made. The prices were very fair and each of the guys I spoke to was beyond friendly and helpful. $499.99 for $205.00 part is a ripoff was a kit hub that comes with everything but grease. The dealer price for the part was $369.00 and they did not use a mopar replacement. Went back for "free" oil change would only use conventional oil(unknown) without added cost. Put a Pronto oil filter on the truck i guess thats ok from what i have read.

Dave really helped me out with my 2004 taurus. I wouldnt trust a mechanic any farther than I could throw them, but Dave has earned my trust. I had bad experiences at other shops in the area, can you say "Robbs", as in they "robb" you, or "nen-tee-bee", as in neverland-tire-and-bullshit.
