Very disappointed with the service to my Honda Van. To be fair I emailed the company regarding my last visit but no response. Couple issues, the major one is they did not push the dipstick back in and oil has been blowing through the opening and dripping down the engine and eventually onto my driveway. After cleaning all that up I noticed they did not place all the screws back into the air filter and they lost one so now I have to swing by the dealer and pick up one. If you value your car, do not use this location and perhaps this company. Read other posts and then decide. Very disappointed with their service, attention to detail, and follow up with their customers. Update to my review: 2-12-16 NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. Update 2-25-16 The company has reached out to me and are working hard to reach the necessary people to improve and resolve my past experience. There has been a delay on my part to provide them with the proper documentation.

This is the 3rd Jiffy Lube I have been to that has given me excuses for why they cannot perform an emissions inspection. This location actually gave me two excuses. The first excuse was that they thought the machine was not working. So, the employee went back into the bay to supposedly ask if the machine was working. The employee came back and then told me that they could not perform an emissions inspection because their emissions inspector called in sick to work today. If they are not willing to perform this service, then they should not advertise that they provide it. This experience combined with the fact that their service is slow and basic oil change prices are outrageous has convinced me to not support this company. If you want to use a quick change place, then go to Valvoline. They are faster, friendlier, and less expensive.

I have used this Jiffy Lube for years when I needed a quick oil change. This morning, I needed a quick inspection because my plates are expired. They told me that they typically dont do inspections on Saturdays but since I just needed emissions they would take care of it. It made my day because now I can get my renewal this morning and not worry about it the rest of the weekend. Very happy customer.

The staff at this location need alot of work on customer service. I felt as if they did not want my business, and they seemed annoyed that I was there (only customer) Lazy workers obviously do not care about business as a whole. Standard franchise problems... Will not be going back to any jiffy lube location.

Not pushy at all. Did suggest all normal recommended services to be performed. If you know vehicles, you can easily answer yes or no to each service recommendation. Price was a bit higher than needed, but Ill pay a little extra to not have to crawl under the car to do it myself. Will come back.

Wanted an emissions test done and they stopped at 3pm... it was 3:02. Really? Ive had better experiences with the other one on Manchester but it was super busy, so I came to this one. Glad to know I cant be helped 2 minutes after...

It is Jiffy.. Im usually out of there really fast. Which is nice. I really think they should have Wi-Fi in there stores. Anyplace you have to wait these days typically has it.

The manager was extremely rude. I had to wait 40 min to get my coolant fluid topped off at which point I just left and went to the one in Ballwin who was MUCH better.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Gave them multiple chances, but never again. This location (Clarkson & Manchester) is awful. Go somewhere else.

Mistakenly sent my daughter there. Staff was intimidating and pushy continually trying to upsell her. Basic oil change cost her $50?
