I had a miserable experience at this location. I was talked into a more premium oil change or their "signature service" I settled for this because I wanted to have my fluids topped off and knew my tires were low and wanted these inflated. After having my oil changed and being told my car was ready, I jumped in my car and headed down the road to continue my day. Upon driving I noticed my low tire sensor light was still on as well as my washer fluid light. Neither had been touched. Makes you wonder what else they neglected to do. I stopped to inflate my tires (many 20 psi lower than the max.) I checked my oil to make sure they even changed that. They did but it was overfilled. My oil pressure light is pegged out. After parking my truck. I went back out to it later that evening to run an errand and noticed oil on the driveway. I checked the plug to make sure it was properly tightened and it was. Turns out the oil was dripping from the bottom of the skid plate where they had spilled oil all over the place while over filling it. I paid $72 for an oil change that is now requiring me to have to take it to another location to have the excess oil drained. Waste of money and time. I go to these places for the convenience, not because Im too dumb to do it my self. You had ONE job, Jiffy Lube, and you were horrible at it. I wouldnt dare take another vehicle to this location.

Great experience, fair pricing, fast service. Manager was cool, collected, knowledgeable and had excellent communications. Overall very transparent about pricing, even gave me a coupon off an added service I wanted. Did not try and upsell me on anything, even let me know what didn’t need to be serviced. The store runs smoothly, and lets you know up front how long this will take, they worked with me because I had an appointment but I ended up getting out faster than anticipated. This place ran more smoothly than the last two dealerships I had my car serviced through, but was less expensive and took ½ the time. Other customers seemed pleased with their experiences as well. Will go back soon!

Poor experience. Sign outside said oil change $26.99. I had to ask to get this price 3 times! The store manager told me he sells this oil change service ONCE a month, everyone else gets the $50 to $70 oil change. Really??!!?? Felt very pressured to buy nonessential things. I know my car and follow the manufacturer recommendations specifically. Never had this type of experience at other jiffy lubes. At the end of the oil change the reminder sticker was the next oil change was placed for 2000 miles!!!... Would not recommend this place if you dont know much about cars.

Im always a bit skeptic about automotive repair places and have seen all of the tricks of the trade. These people today were fair and told me I did not have to change the air filter after I told them I might need one. Got a 10 dollar off coupon on my phone and oil change in less than 30 minutes. A real surprise and a real treat. I will be back...... Thank you for your honesty...

The oil change was fine. They also replaced my Air filter which truly needed to happen. The reason I disliked it was the guy came in and told me that they checked my transmission fluid and there were metal flakes on the dip stick... I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu... THERE IS NO DIP STICK. Bottom line he lied to me and Jiffy Lube has lost a customer.

$80 for an oil change. Save yourself the rude customer service and the overpriced service and go elsewhere where you can get an oil change with the correct oil for your vehicle, tire rotation, multi point inspection, fluids topped off for $24 and friendly customer service thats not going to keep trying to talk you into a certain type of oil.

Just tried calling to surprise my daughter by paying her bill for her. I only wanted to confirm its the right Jiffy Lube and when I asked if they had that car he said, "we get thousands of cars come through here every day" and hung up on me.

Dont trust this branch and the staff there, they will try to cheating you in many ways and let you pay more and more without any reason! Also they shown very bad behavior with the customers ( specially Aarson Barr), I will never back there!!

Told me 45 minutes for a car inspection. After 2 hours I called and the phone was busy for a half hour so I walked up there and my car had been ready. Staff is mostly unfriendly, one guy was nice.

Friendly and professional. Fast service and the manager didnt push for more repairs after I told him that I was strictly there for an oil change. Ill probably come back.

Be careful of "up-selling" here. My wife brought her new car in for its first oil change and it ended up costing almost $70 when all she needed was a basic oil change.

Friendly staff. Always check for coupons -prices have gone way up since a few years ago. Thorough and timely. Will most likely come back.
