I went to the West Clay location have them check out a noise with my jeep and they gave me a list of items that they said was bad on the jeep. Yet when I asked them to show me where some of the cracks and issues were they said they couldnt. Had to ask for a print out of the items that they said were bad (totaled about $2500 to fix there), the print out didnt even include some of the items they said were bad on the phone. I was very disappointed with the service. I took the jeep to another Firestone shop and they said there was only one issue with it, not 3 issues as the West Clay Firestone said. Got it fixed for $221 at the other shop and it runs wonderful. Have always had great services at other Firestones so this experience was very disappointing.

Took my car in there almost 3 weeks ago now my check engine light is on.. And i took it to autozone and they said it was my catalytic converter needs replaced which is almost 350 Bucks for the best kind u can get plus needs another oil change and my exhaust has a crack in it which is ridiculous i just spent almost 2,000 on my car getting it fixed and now im having more problems with it and it was in the shop for almost a Week i shoukdnt of had anymore problems with it at all horrible service and way to exspensive they over charge ppl and dont even do there correctly. Never going there again.

Took my truck there while I was visiting from out of town. Informed them I had a flat tire and could hear a hissing coming from the tire, they took the tire back, supposedly took it off the rim but couldnt find anything. The next morning as I was leaving town to embark on the 1000 miles home, the truck alerted me the tire was flat less than 45 minutes into the journey. Took it to Dobbs and they found the nail right away. Wasted $25 with these clowns. Unprofessional and thieves. Wouldnt recommend this place for any work as they cant figure out a flat tire issue.

I went in to the Firestone store looking for 2 specific tires based on some online reviews, however, I was given a great education by David on what tire would better suit my vehicle when it came to the demands I wanted in a tire. He was really friendly, even when I told him (after the quote) I needed to go home and just do some of my own research on the tire. Sure enough, Davids logic was sound and I made an appointment for installation the following day. I will definitely be using this store for future tire and service needs.

They are very friendly and dont make me wait long. So many times they will do things for me and not even charge me. I came in when the weather got very cold and was having trouble with my tire pressure. They not only fixed my tire pressure but checked my battery and my car fluids all for free. The very next day we had an ice storm hit and I felt so lucky that my car was in tip-top shape for the Arctic weather that ensued the following 3 days!

Elizabeth was awsome, and that is all that is good about this location. I called in advance to ask if they changed tires on trailers, they said "we sure do, bring it in" I brought it in and guess what? The tech didnt want to get on the ground because it was wet, and said I had to wait until it stopped drizzling. Unbelievable!!! So I went to this locstion and had to pay to change my own tiers!

If I could give negative stars I would. Elizabeth Corrales the "store manager" has no customer service skills whatsoever. A company that would stand behind someone who is so blatantly rude to customers is down right baffling. Up until today we had been taking our vehicles here. They have lost a lot of business today.

I took my car in for an inspection. It failed. The person on duty told me I had 60 days to bring it back. I brought it back within 30 days and the manager now says I have exceeded the 20 day limit and now I need to repay for a new inspection. I need a company with consistency.

Replaced my brakes. Unfortunately did not put a caliper on correctly and it snapped. Had to come back after my car was shaking violently but they owned up and accepted fault, no problem. Fixed it without charge. Were polite and prompt. Experience February 2016.

Service was great. Oil change began and finished on time. Manager gave me a free oil drain cap, and tire pressure reader. Very friendly, sent me on my way with recommendations. No sales pressure and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need

I scheduled an appointment for 8 am for an oil change. Didnt leave the shop until 930. In fact the person that was doing my oil change finished someone elses car before mine and she came in after me terrible service.. I will never come back.

After getting my wheel baring checked out by them they failed to tighten my lug nuts all the way after they were done causing me to almost get in an accident when I left the shop.You cannot trust these guys.
