Update: I have adjusted my review because Bill, the general manager, contacted me and went out of his way to resolve my issue. I wouldnt hesitate to go here again. Pretty disgusted with this jiffy lube. Went in on October 6 for an oil change. I always take my car back to the dealership but I was leaving on a trip and couldnt get an appointment at the dealership so I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. They were professional and courteous, and they performed my oil change in a reasonable amount of time. They, of course, tried to sell me some unnecessary items which I declined. In, out, yay! Fast forward a couple weeks and I notice a huge oil stain and fresh oil after I back my car out of my garage to get to my shelves. WTF? This car only has 30,000 miles on it! Its a Subaru! It shouldnt be leaking oil!!! I wonder if they didnt tighten something? I take it back to Jiffy Lube and tell them they changed the oil and now I have a leak. They pull it in and look at it and tell me that sometimes when they pull the plug that oil sprays out and gets on the kick plate. He said he checked everything and everything was tight and that he checked the oil and it was good. He also said he cleaned the oil off the kick plate and apologized for the person who failed to do so after changing the oil and thanked me for bringing it back and bringing it to their attention. I drive home, cleaned the oil off my garage floor and put a piece of cardboard down to make sure it was not dripping. Guess what? Next morning I check and there is a two inch circle of oil on the cardboard!! Needless to say I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube!! I have an appointment at the dealership to get the oil changed and to have them make sure nothing is loose. Unfortunately, the guys at the dealership will now have to clean up the mess that the guys at Jiffy Lube caused. I would not recommend using this Jiffy Lube unless you like cleaning up an oil mess.

Absolutely agree with Tigre. Im extremely upset with my service. I went to their store to buy an oil change and just that. When I was in the store they called me out and pressured me into buying some sort of oil upgrade, and three filters, none of which I asked for. When the employee was telling me all of this, he did NOT specify that getting high mileage fuel would cost me another 17 dollars and at no point did he say that it was an extra upgrade, and when I was questioning him about the fuel filter ($60) and asking if I could consult with my dad, he made it seem like it was necessary for me to get these products and that my dad would just need to buy them anyway. I didnt have my phone at the time and couldnt contact my father or other mechanics in my family and I felt uncomfortable and like I was being taken advantage of, but they were already pulling these filters out of my car and I didnt feel like I could tell them no. I ended up spending $130 more than I should have and am extremely upset. Im a recently graduated student waiting tables for a living. I dont have $200 to spend on an oil change. When I came home and was able to contact someone I know and trust with these things they affirmed that I had definitely been taken advantage of. I had researched Jiffy Lube before and thought this company was above taking advantage of young women that clearly have no knowledge of cars, but I was very wrong, and will never be returning for service in the future.

I just went to have my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube at Hawkins and 141. A guy showed me where to pull up, then I sat inside for 25 minutes, no one ever said a word to me. The guy at the counter must have owned the place even though he repeated to the lady at the desk at least 5 times that he was from the gravois jiffy lube. Then 3 teenagers walked in, obviously friends with the guy from "the gravois store", and they pulled one of the teenage girls cars in. I was fed up by this point so I just got in my car and left. There was only one car in the garage when I got there, These guys are seriously flawed... If I were the owner I would drop in more. No wonder they get paid more for holding the signs out front- I just read all the reviews and they are all bad. The owner needs to get a clue

I am convinced this location is incapable of getting any work done. I called multiple times one friday and no one answered, I called the next day and still no answer so we drove over for an emissions test and I even brought my car as well incase it needed to be dropped off.. they then informed us they cant do emissions tests on weekends. So ky fiance went back Wednesday and they had a 2 hour wait. It is now the following Friday and we both went back so he could drop his car off and their machine was broken. They never answer their phone and weve gone to this location 4 times and can never get any work done because of some issue theyre having. Never giving this place a chance again. Jiffy lube has a bad reputation for multiple reasons. Sticking with autotire

Gave it a try after many years of going to a competitor, they had a good deal so why not, right? Experience was not as great as I had hoped. Waiting room was dirty and uninviting. The invoice was unclear and had strange charges on it that I questioned and was given grade school answers (the charges didnt appear until I used my coupon) Got new oil, beyond that I couldnt tell you what they did. Staff seemed very unhappy to be there even though they were not extremely busy. Ill go back to my place where I can just sit Im my car and watch the techs do their thing and not treat me like a huge inconvenience.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the negative reviews for this location. Two days in a row now my business has been turned away because the inspector was "Done for the day.". First of all those hours should be advertised publicly if they differ from the regular business hours. Second, if you turn a new customer away twice because youre unable to accommodate them, then you dont deserve their business. Ill be looking elsewhere for my inspection and vehicle servicing needs.

Be prepared for their bs about how badly you need to use their synthetic oil. They will try to upsell you the minute you get in there. Know your owners manual recommendation and just demand that. They act like you are hurting your car by using conventional oil even though your manufacturer may recommend it.

woman at counter was very unprofessional and they didnt tighten my radiator cap all the way and my water leaked out. I thought they topped it off; they just said it was low and did nothing a bunch of kids run it
