My laptop "apparently" died on me so I bought a replacement from Best Buy and an HD reader from Quick Connect to transfer my data. I tried all weekend to get the reader to work with no success. I took both laptops and reader to a different repair shop (closer to my house) and he verified that the reader did not work (to be clear: it turns out that the hardware did work after all, I was simply unaware that you had to use a dual USB power supply), but ALSO pointed out to me that my laptop just needed a replacement power cable! Relieved, I returned the laptop to Best Buy and attempted to return the HD reader...only to find out that THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON HARDWARE PURCHASES AT THIS STORE! There are also NO signs posted to this effect, only a little chicken scratch at the bottom of your invoice receipt in 6 point font. I realize that customers could use certain hardware temporarily and then return it, but that DID NOT happen in my case. I have receipts for everything, including the other repair shop AND Best Buy showing the return of my new laptop. Neither the owner nor the manager wanted to hear it, though. I left the hardware at the store and tried charging it back to my credit card to no effect -- the position of the owner, the manager, and the arbiter in the chargeback dispute was that my signature on the receipt acknowledged my understanding at the time of purchase... CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Quick Connect sets the standard of superb customer service. Never have I been so pleased to pay for services. I for one strongly dislike dealing with many electronic stores and repair services because I always find I know slightly more, that in itself is a problem. I built my own gaming rig a few years ago and recently had my motherboard breakdown. I have been so busy with work and school, I have not had time to keep up with the current tech. Feeling overwhelmed and in need of my PC back I started looking around for computer repair services. And every service I found in Lincoln I felt like I was not being listened to, felt I knew more(which shouldnt be the case if your job every day is to work on computers), and then the prices/fees were outrageous! Until I stumbled upon Quick Connect. Tanner is the Senior Supervising Tech at the Lincoln location. He not only remembered my name every time I came in, he listened to me, and he took what I desired and got creative! My rig is back in action and 10 times as better! You guys are the best! Integrity Award 2012 anyone?!

I met Dustin at Walmart out of chance tonight. Honestly I thought he was working there with the shirt he was wearing. It was blue shirt and had a yellow logo on it. Never used them for service but I asked him if he knew where something was in the store and he just showed me where it was like he worked there. On way to the item in the store I realized that his shirt did not say Walmart on it at all, It said Quick Connect. I apologized to him as I totally thought he worked there at Walmart due to color of shirt. He said it did not matter and he was happy to help cause he knew where it was. I might never use them for computer work as I am quite able in that area but wanted them to know that for no reason that he would be required to, he helped me. We talked for a bit and he mentioned a few things that they did and gave me a business card. Just wanted to say thanks for doing something that he did not need to do but did anyhow.

After being referred to Quick Connect by a friend -- and knowing my old 32 bit Windows PC was on its last leg, I gave Quick Connect a call and emailed them the specifications for what kind of PC I was looking for. QC was very detailed about the options I had available to me in various price ranges. After looking at the options I choose a PC that fit my needs and within my budget. After building the PC for me and running it through stress testing they shipping the PC to me. Out of the box this is one of the best PCs I have ever owned. You can tell that QC put a lot of work into quality components and insuring that everything was exactly how I wanted it. Im very impressed with Quick Connects responsiveness to questions and their desire to make sure the customer is happy. I will definitely be recommending Quick Connect to anyone who is looking for a quality, well-built PC!

Quick Connect has been one the best businesses Ive worked with in years. I had been looking to get a new gaming PC and boy, did they deliver. I had shopped around online at many of the web stores that built custom PCs and even thought of building myself. I then happened upon their website while I was researching. I sent them the specs I wanted and got an immediate response back with a quote cheaper than most the big web PC makers, and they were right here in town. They were always nice and professional; and responded to any question or comment with a call or email with minutes. The PC itself is a beauty. Quality is the word here I have not see a PC this well built before. Every part is from a major brand and wired together so well I didnt know if I should use it or display it as art. I now tell anyone I know to go to QuickConnect, they will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place, great service, cheap labor, and timely. I’ve built a few computers on my own, but decided to do some high performance build. I spent nearly $5,000 and over one year trying to get the computer to work right. I finally because fed up and took my computer into Quick Connects. I was very impressed with their customer service. They worked with me over the phone and email to get the product I wanted, and it working smooth. Additionally, what seemed like many hours, I was only charged a small amount for labor. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for help on a serious PC custom build. Also, Tanner specifically helped me, and I want to thank him for his professionalize and experience. I had dustin from Quick Connect come to my home for numerous issues from installing a new modem to helping set up my email on my smart phone. I have used several computer companies in the past and I will say, that Dustin, by far is the absolute BEST for a variety of reasons. I am computer illiterate to say the least. He explained things in terms I could understand. He was more than willingly to answer any and all my questions and I had a whole list of them. He didnt make me feel ignorant when asking my inquiries. In our conversation, I realized that prior providers had make excuses and given me erroneous information as well! He also was willing to schedule on my time clock too. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.
