Reprint from my Yelp review in case you missed it I wont say that they are predatory, Ill just say that its way harder to be treated fairly when quitting the club than should be true for an "upscale, exclusive, expensive enterprise. Nice gym, a bit intimidating for those used to "lesser clubs"; nice pools, often busy with a lot of children; relatively clean lockers; not as special as they would like it to be. A nice (nothing special cafe) that is pretty pricey. Some nice free classes but sticker shock is a risk if you prefer a bit of Personal Training or Pilates. Our experience is that most services with come in at about $100/hr. Maybe thats fair but those fees several times a month for a husband and wife can add up pretty quickly, especially factoring in what has to be the most expensive membership rate in town. Be clear, it is all about the money here, money for training, money for food, money for supplements constant hawking of product and service. it goes on and on and if thats OK with you then this is your kind of gym. It was OK with us for a while but I prefer to do business with people who show a bit of respect for long time clients. This club did not show proper consideration when my wife and I were compelled to quit for health reasons after spending thousands. Oh yeah, we were Founding Members, signing up before the doors even opened. Didnt matter. How sad. I may have to pay the $150 partial month fee for a gym I cant use but I probably wont and I can only wonder if it was worth nickel and dimeing me if even one person is swayed by this review. I hope many are. Well, well get well and join a health club in a few months but these guys blew it with us. There are too many options around. There is no reason to do business with disrespectful people and a company driven by greed. Look elsewhere, get more respect and get more for your dollar. Update as of April 2016 - This club is incredibly small minded They had the audacity to go to my credit card company after I contested the partial month payment for time when we had already stopped going to the club. They didnt just let it go. They may get paid by Citi but nobody is going to get paid by me. Be careful with these guys who will try so hard to get you in but dont even have the character to respond to negative reviews. My advice, find someplace much cheaper and much friendlier to train. Everyone is entitled to make a buck but come on.

I signed up and was given false information around the ability to modify account settings, utilize Lifetime Bucks, children center, etc. I was advised that I could make account changes through the online portal or via email, but when it came to certain changes, I was required to do that in person for no valid reason other than wasting our mutual time. The biggest thing I noticed about this location was the sell, Sell, SELL eagerness, but inability to deliver services. I signed up my toddler (2 year old) as well and experience oversubscribed conditions, screaming, yelling, bullying by other children, etc. I cancelled his membership after the third visit. Yes, I gave it a try, but it wasnt worth it especially after he became ill after each and every visit. Not a coincidence. He hasnt been back in 1.5 months and hasnt been sick during that time. As for availability of equipment, they are clearly oversold and oversubscribed. Rarely can you utilize the various equipment. Always a packed parking lot with few spots to park. Youll spend more time seeking a place to park than time you spend in the gym working out. Other markets (Denver, Omaha, Atlanta) are way better. Something about Las Vegas. I think its just that they oversubscribe. Maybe ask for a trial pass before you commit to $150+ month membership. I wasted the money for almost six months before cancelling the membership. During that time, I visited less than 12 times. Very frustrating. Lesson learned. Good luck! In closing, Ive asked for executive contact informational be provided to me so that I can discuss my review as well as others. If you scroll and review all the negative reviews, youll see the content is very similar and nothing is being addressed. Same issues are presented over and over. Very sad. If I was the CEO of Lifetime, Id be on site at this location until all staff was trained and or replaced. One bad club, within a corporation of many, can ruin a company image very quickly.

Their customer service is the worst and I am canceling my membership. I have been a Lifetime fitness member for about a year now and recently I put my account on hold while I went away for school. I was not able to go into the gym and take my account off hold before a friend invited me to attend a class with her. She was willing to use one of her guest passes that she pays for to allow me into the club. My friend called ahead and made sure we wouldnt have to wait around for anything as we were coming form work and wanted to make it in time for a class. We were informed I would need to sign in and we could be on our way. No, we had to wait for a manager to come speak with us and sell me a membership I already had. I guess it is there policy that since my account is on hold I wasnt allowed in using my friends guest pass. That is a dumb policy in the first place because you should be able to bring in whoever you want to if you are paying premium price to attend this gym in the first place but thats not the problem. Kathy, (a "manager") told us she would not allow us in because of this policy. My friend was looking for clarification and was asking her questions about the policy and right away Kathy got defensive and said " Excuse me maam but you do not need to raise your voice at me," and proceeds to put her hand up at us. We had not raised our voice but you can imagine our annoyance in the situation. We called the GM as we left and he said he needed to check things out and hell follow up with us in a few days. By far the worst customer service as gym has ever offered me. It is always a hassle coming into this gym if you bring a buddy. I was going to take my membership off hold and get back into the swing but I will be taking my business elsewhere because I do not need to put up with their lack of customer service. Lifetime is so concerned with getting more memberships hey forget about their already loyal customers and push them under a rug.

The facilities are beautiful, but their staff is arrogant, they will Ignore your complaints and pretend you dont exist. The water in the pool is clean sometimes and murky other times, and hair gets tangled up in your toes and fingers. If you complain, they will tell you its because it was Spring break so shut up. Their costly special programs are a scam, where you will end up paying a lot and they will inundate you with emails. Thats the special program. You will get a cheap device that doesnt work well when you are taking certain meds - but they feel like they dont have to disclose anything so dont you dare complain. Youre the idiot who believed them so they will look down on you. I saw men clearing their throats and then spitting in the alkaline water fountains. I was ignored the first time I, rightfully so, complained, and the second time I was chewed out by one of the staff members (Jorge) who was appalled at me having taken a photo of the transgressors (I did it thinking this would show them the inappropriate behavior from one of the members and thought they would be appalled like I was and would do something about it. They did nothing. Absolutely nothing. Quite frankly, $150 a month plus all their special scam programs can easily add up to $500 in a month. I was willing to pay it because they sell it to you like this is THE place and these are all THE programs youve been looking for. Nah. I stopped going and dont regret it. And gladly tell all my clients who want to join about my experience. I thought they were who they say they are. Dont go there. My daughter and I are going somewhere else and got a trainer to help us achieve our goals. Far more worth it!!
