Fantastic gym for those who like free weights, bodybuilding, and getting an actual workout. Huge selection of weights and multiple things I had not seen in any gym in decades like racks on the side of the decline bench to hold dumbbells for heavy decline dumbbell bench presses. Saw matching dumbbell sets up to 150 lb and a random 180 lb dumbbell lying around not sure if that was a single or pair. The free weights are essentially separated from the rest of the gym by a door and I really liked that setup instead of having all the people doing cardio staring at you like most gyms nowadays. I wish I had a gym with this much equipment near me in Houston, we used to have Worlds and Golds until 24 Hour bought them all out and ruined them, hopefully EOS will keep the Golds equipment in this place and not do the same thing. Next time im in Vegas will not hesitate to return here.

Machines are missing parts, and or broken constantly and they never get repaired. So every time I go back its just in a worse state. Customer Service is below average at best. When I called to cancel my membership They wanted to charge me an additional month because my thirty day notice lapsed 2 days into the next billing period. Enjoy the extra $22.00 and this review EOS. Just know if you sign up at EOS you will receive ZERO Customer Care and all they will do is send you to their "Third Party Processor" ABC Financial when you have issues, and all they will tell you is "Im sorry but all we can do is enforce your contract with EOS." But hey if you like broken machines and crappy customer support have at it. Just know LVAC is just down the street and superior in every way.

Once you sign the contract they will try to pitch you a personal trainer. and when refused. The supervisor, of all people made it a point to be discouraging saying that you cant make your goal without a personal trainer. "Cant" not it will be more difficult but "cant". minutes after signing the contract. Really? because I was not in a position to commit to a personal trainer you are going to be rude and discouraging. If people NEED a personal trainer than maybe you shouldnt even give regular gym passes. Like everybody working out MUST have a personal trainer with them! I just cannot believe that trying to make a personal trainer sell is worth being a heartless, scandalous representative of what I thought was a respectable organization. Go anywhere else. Anywhere else.

Got hit with an extra $80 on my bill my second month there. Apparently its the extra annual fee on top of the sign up free on top of the monthly fee. I was not told about this fee. Also...the giant studio that they have for classes is not open to their members. I tried to use the space to stretch and workout when there wasnt a class in there and was kicked out. Also...tried to get a mile in on the treadmill and the treadmill stopped half way through saying there was an issue. The treadmill next to that one was also broken. I was super excited when I first signed up but now a month in, Im very disappointed. Ill finish up my month then cancel my membership.

I think with a lot of places, you get what you put into it. Relationship is a two-way street. If you are intentional about cultivating relationships in your communities, including your gym, you will find that that relationship is reciprocated. The staff here are professional, helpful, and above all else, some of the finest people I have ever had the chance to build a community around. Take two seconds out of your day, and get to know your staff here, and you will find that this is a rewarding gym and community to be a part of.

As with anything in life, you need to bring a great attitude to the gym. Why wouldnt you? Youre going to work out! Youre going to get healthier, stronger, and more confident in yourself! Treat the people that work here with respect, and youll find its mutual. The staff here are some of the most amazing people in Las Vegas. Corporate, of particular note, Sally, Julie, Shane, Reggie, Channel, Noelle, Mika, Terri, and many others, plus your two managers are exceptional people. Make sure they know they are valued!

A great gym if you are a serious body builder or fighter. An OK gym for the average person wanting a workout. A not so good gym if you just use machines and dont care about free weights. A great price at $10 a month. The only other gym I know of at that price is $10 fitness. If you want a good price and you are not a serious body builder or training to be a fighter Id go with $10 fitness and you can do a prepay for a year and not have to give them your bank account number like Golds does.

Went in to check the place out. The manager was rude. My husband and I were seriously looking to join THAT DAY but after his treatment of us, we walked out. The gym smelled and the staff was RUDE. Not that Id be going "for them" but still, it would have been nice to be treated like a human being and not as an inconvenience. Sorry if we interrupted his attempts at making it with the girl working the front desk.

Ive been to this location a few times before and it has been great! But for some reason when I walked in today, it smelled so bad! I understand that its a gym, and it does get smelly at times, but today was just upsetting. It smelt like stinky feet all across the building. It was awful. I hope its something that will only happen today; if I decide to come back to this location again, i hope it doesnt smell as bad!
