The rules in the kids club have gotten so strict it is almost impossible for you to even get in at least an hour without being interrupted. The attendant didnt know how to read the CDC published immunization chart so she couldnt understand that my childs records were up to date. After that 10 minute hassle and being interrupted while on the floor, I just decided to leave after 30 minutes. It seems now that the goal is to not take your children. I have been a member for about 2 years and never had a problem until now. There is new staff in the kids area and the atmosphere has changed. There is one staff member that I have noticed that snaps at the kids. I cant see being a member much longer because its not beneficial to go to a gym and not be allowed to work out.

Friendly and informative until membership is taken later no response and no information... completely on wild goose chase...they charges $1 for reservation on a Wed Zumba class (total spots 60), 30 reservation can be made 1 week earlier and rest 30 free spots, need to got at least an hr before to get the spot. people in waiting list just wait for the class to begin and sneak inside the class(pretty easy.. huh!!.. no reservation for $1 no waiting... just drop by). The whole point of this reservation, free spots and waiting list is to avoid over crowed in the class but the point really doesnt serve.. irresponsible staff doesnt care even after so many complaints.

This is a great gym to work out in and, if you love playing basketball, to play ball in. A lot of the good Las Vegas, Green Valley, and Henderson basketball players come here to play after hours, because the gym is a fairly good size, especially when compared with the other 24 Hour Fitness. If your strictly a work out kind of person I suggest going to the Las Vegas Athletics near by on Eastern, it is a lot cheaper and the women there give you something exceptional to occasionally peek at while your working out. I used to work out almost exclusively at this gym. Now I go to other locations more frequently. At this location, there is a good selection of machines and equipment, but the layout is very crowded. Unlike the other locations, there is no longer a designated stretch area. You have to search for the mats to lie on, which are old and filthy. Then you can use the circuit training area, but it isnt private or comfortable. You get asked to move frequently. Stretching is super important to working out. It doesnt make any sense.

10 year olds not allowed in gym but nothing at all for my 10 year old to do in the Kids Club. Not accommodating at all considering we pay mthly for the service. Son just wants to sit in corner on his electronic device and they wont allow that, when he says hes bored b/c theres nothing age appropriate for him the attendants proceed to give me parenting advice on how to teach my children not to be bored, snaps at my son on his way out. This gym needs to step up their game! Signed, Angry parent!!!!

All the equipments are okay, 3 min away from my job....mmm it takes awhile (5 min) for the water to turn hot, but its okay. Also Im not sure if the staff that I see every morning is racist or just hates me but every morning when I come in he just looks at me. When someone else comes in right after me && is literally standing next to me, he says "hi, how are you?" Is it cause Im not white? Sheesh, at least the gym near my house has friendly staffs and its on the bad side of town.

Long time member "teased" for months with grandiose remodel hopes/plans. NOPE..all we ended up with is.just more lipstick on an aging and ailing pig! Seriously, equipment here ranks at or near bottom of all clubs in Las Vegas. Great staff, but even they do not make up for the shoddy cardio equipment of yesteryear that has become the common complaint of MOST members.

I am moving here in two weeks and was turned down from using the 3 day pass because i was not officially a local. I was actually going to join, but the counselor said it would cost $20 for a single workout. I will now join the Las Vegas Athletic Club down the street. Thanks for not letting me use my 3 day pass and losing a member today.

Within days my review has gone from 4 to 1 star. I found that the staff/manager will not honor the past manager arrangement based on long term membership. I am very disappointed and must decide to continue or leave the club. It was a place for physical renew since 2003 but not anymore.

$50 fined if you decide to use the steam room and sauna After workout without taking a shower first .. I want to Add make sure to wear a bathing suit.. otherwise they have your credit card number to charge.. watch out...

Do not buy any of their merchandise displayed in the shop. They have a no-refund policy. If you buy something in wrong size, or some defective products, you can cannot return it, they may do exchange, but no refund.

They recently remodeled this gym and it looks fantastic. Its an upscale gym but not overly crowded. It has a nice pool, group workout room, huge basketball court, and the equipment is in good repair.

Its a average gym, I have been to gyms all over the country, if there is a problem, its usually not the gym, its the clientele at the gym, which is usually the case with Las Vegas and Henderson.

I have joined a few gyms and this is the one thats not too busy and has the equipment I prefer to use. The staff is hit and miss, most are friendly but Im not there to make friends.

Help Keep My Money

Great except they dont have towel service, they dont have the machine in the locker room to dry your swim suit, and no massage machines.
