After a week of dealing with headaches from moving truck/car rental companies and a nationally known storage unit franchise, the team at Mavis on Martinsville Road was a breath of fresh air. It was like going back in time to an era where the customer is the key focus. I had a 1 am breakdown on I78 and the tow truck driver said the folks at Mavis would take good care of me. By 8 am the next morning they had begun the diagnosis and started looking for parts. They helped me find a rental car and worked out a great price for the repairs. They even helped me return my rental car. Mike and the staff there will provide southern hospitality with a New Jersey accent.

First time visit and very satisfied. I did my research and saw their prices are as good as Tire Rack - which really surprised me because I always found TR to have the best prices by far.... and I am talking about major brand, high performance tires for Audi A6....which arent cheap anyhow....Installation was quick and as promised - on time..... Also needed new breaks on my Audi, which are expensive but I know I got fair price on the package. Overall; highly recommended; very good prices and all done in under 2 hrs - as promised,

Changed 4 tires there and had issue. Called the customer services hot line. The customer representative said the regional manager will call me in 24 hours. It has been 4 weeks but havent heard anything from them. I believe the complaint hot line is just trying to cover their issues. Never want to go back there again. After this experience I found out most of my coworkers had some issues there when deal with this Mavis tire place. Do not go there!

Rip off. I had my car towed to them for non starting. They said it was a defective battery and alternator. The replacement of the alternator would require removing and re servicing the air conditioner . Price with tax over $900.00 . I declined, jumped started the vehicle in their lot brought it to Pep Boys . No alternator problem, no battery problem they changed the corroded terminal for twenty bucks.

my name rajendra shah i have worst experience at this branch of mivas i have recently changed mt tires they totally mess my car now is very shakky have to put very hard pressure on gas ,very poor work not well instlled tires hard to trust this people, i wish they have some well trained experienced people their shoud not be all about money they totaaly mess my 2011 toyota prius

Brought in my SUV because the right rear wheel ran over a curb and made a repeated clicking sound afterwards. They looked at it, saw that a weight had been knocked off so they replaced it... for FREE! No charge for the part or for their time/labor. I can definitely trust that these guys will not gouge me on their services and will certainly return to buy tires from them!! A++++

They put the wrong transmission fluid in my fiances car, thereby destroying it and took absolutely zero responsibility. Meanwhile, the Subaru dealership showed us the fluid they put in and the fluid they were supposed to use. Wouldnt go near this place with the car of my worst enemy.

Avoid this place. Got oil change 4 weeks ago, yesterday while driving on 78 the drain plug came off. Down $210 for tow and will find out how much for inspection, oil change and new plug. And had to spend closely to 1hr on 78 for the tow

I got a flat tire on a Sunday morning at 730am. Since Mavis didnt open until 9 I had to wait for AAA to tow me there. Once I got there they took care of my needs quickly and everything turned out well.
