I think this Autozone branch is very confused in that they think their goal is to be incredibly unhelpful and not sell any car parts. Impossible to get anyone to stop texting and assist you. You would think all that experience texting while you are waiting would give them some idea or desire to use the computer right in front of them. Unfortunately that is not the case. They cant be bothered to look anything up. They cant be bothered to take payment. The manager gave this location a five star review on Facebook. He probably thought he was at Advance. You will have better luck randomly pulling parts off of junked cars and trying that then counting on this store to do anything resembling filling a correct order.

When they arent without a store manager, the store seems well organized, but most days see 2 employees able to assist all customers. As you can imagine, this leads to long lines, especially when one person goes outside. Outside to install batteries, headlights, bulbs, wipers, or free 1996+ check engine light checks, free alternator and free battery checks, and other services.

The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They dont just try to sell you stuff you dont need. They are very helpful. The older gentleman, Joe I believe, is awesome. I wish he was my uncle or something so we could hang out and work on cars, he is that cool. He gives it to you straight and blunt and saves you from spending unnecessarily.

It says they open at 8:30a.m. on sundays i went there at 8:31a.m. and door was still closed till 8:45a.m. then i left and went to advance auto parts in new brunswick. Never coming here anymore. this happened on sunday of november 15th when it was like 35 degree. outside I waited.

Wow. This place rivals Pep Boys in brainless stoned staff. No one knows anything. They dont know cars, they dont understand parts. Even if you are able to get the part on the counter, no one knows how to take your payment. Save your time and just make the parts yourself.

Called in and spoke with a representative Tom. I needed a couple electronic pieces and replacements for my car. He was so incredibly helpful, kind, and polite. I felt as though he went beyond the obligation of a normal customer service associate. I was very pleased.

Amazing experience!!!!! They were so helpful and didnt try to push any sales!!!! My check engine light came on and they were beyond helpful!!!!! They saved me so much money!!!! Highly recommend them for anything you would need for your car!!!
