Extremely satisfied with my experience with this shop. I purchased a single tire from Tire Rack and had it shipped to this location. One day before the tire arrived at the shop I received an email from Bob asking what would be the best time to schedule the tire mounting. I replied letting Bob know I would drop my rim off in the morning and head to work after. Shops hours start from 8AM however the garage doors opened before that along with the office door allowing me to drop my Wheel off and make it to work on time. According to UPS tracking tire arrived after 1PM. When I arrived to the shop after work the new tire was mounted on the Rim and the gentleman behind the desk in the office had a technician put the wheel on the car for me within minutes. The technician was kind enough to check and adjust the tire pressure on the remaining 3 tires he wasnt responsible for. Overall Great Service, Nice people and will do business with them in the future. Highly Recommend.

I cant say enough good about the folks at KPS Princeton Garage. I dont know alot about cars, but I know when someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes or if theyre being honest and sincere, and these guys are the real deal. Every single person I have spoken with at KPS has treated me with the utmost respect and integrity. They are all very friendly, easygoing and excellent communicators. Bob goes out of his way to explain whats going on with your car and give you honest advice about next steps. Oh and their shuttle service is fantastic and makes it much easier to bring the car in without too much hassle. I have only used their services a few times now, but I completely trust them and will definitely be going back for all of my auto maintenance needs. Keep up the good work!

I dropped off my BMW 5 in KPS garage for two days to let them run a test on a suspected battery draw and scan for check engine light. They did scan test 3 times and still had no clues what went wrong. Somehow the car was back to norm after they cleared all codes which were retrieved from the very first test scan. Bob charged for all 3 tests and throw me a bill well over $340, which is $100 more than the quote I got from Princeton BMW dealership. When I questioned, Bob responded as saying "you own a BMW, you should pay more for service." Shortly after that, I took the car to trusted BMW mechanics for a scan again, it was diagnosed as cylinder #6 misfire. KPS failed to get the job done and charged customer more than dealerships estimates. Those money and my time were wasted.

The service and the people at KPS are superb. I have gone there for several years. Had a little interruption after moving. Because of service my car received at one place and how a manager in another place reacted about what exactly needed to be done and what the cost would be, caused me to change my mind about going there. Drove for an hour and went back to Bob’s. I felt much better, because I trust him and am told what needs to be done and know what something will cost. I had gone to have the car checked and make an appointment. But was very surprised that the car was repaired at that time and I didn’t have to drive an hour again to have that problem taken care of.

Scheduled installation of winter tires at 9 am. Unfortunately got stuck in traffic and showed up 25 minutes late. They were still nice enough to take me in AND they did a really great job, really fast. Price was very reasonable, and I was on my way by 10:25 am. This was my second visit here - on my previous trip they mounted a front license plate bracket for me - and they refused to charge for it. Its really hard nowadays to get this kind of service anywhere. Theyve got a new customer for life in me. Plus - Im going to make it a point to get friends and people at work to use them.

I am a long time customer of KPS. On the spur of the moment, I pulled in one morning at the stroke of 8 AM. I asked Bob to fix a couple of things and give the car a road test and let me know of anything else that I needed or was coming due. His driver gave me a ride to work. By noon I had gotten a call telling me about the "must do" and "should do" items. I authorized the work, and by 4 PM the driver was back at my place of business to pick me up so that I could get my car. A great experience from start to finish! Hats off to Bob, Mark, and the technicians!

Extremely professional shop. Ive been incredibly satisfied every time I go there. These days mostly for oil changes or tires. Honest folks who do a thorough job and let you know of potential issues. Ive dealt with crooked or lazy mechanics before and I would NEVER use those words to describe this business. This is a shop you go to for life.

Prompt and reliable service. KPS garage has provided great service for my car for 8 years. Ive never been overcharged, they only do the work that is necessary, but I really appreciate that they also give me a heads up when there is preventative maintenance I can have done that will save me huge headaches and big bills down the road.

I have not brought my car to kps because i havent needed to yet, but i did use bob when he was at sunoco. qaulity business. fair prices. id give him a 5 if he did my repairs for free but we dont live in a fantasy world so ill give them a 4 because if you are worried bout your car u can trust they will take care of it

This is my go to independent shop for all my cars needs. They have always done a solid, cost & time efficient repair. Never had an issue getting an appointment - drop off/pick up locally if needed. Have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me or require unnecessary repairs.
