After half a day of leaving my car at this place (of course, appointment was scheduled about 5 days earlier) for regular service and overall check, they called me up saying that they didnt touch my car (nor intending to) since its a "wreck" and I "shouldnt put a dime in it". "Kindly", they didnt ask for money for their "work". Im so grateful for that.. Not sure why half a day was needed just to turn me down so rudely (now I read here that im not the first one they treat like that) just because Im not a "regular customer", but I do know that my car went for a service and check at "pep boys" for half of your price, was actually treated, they were polite, and the car ran for the next 12000 miles without any issue and of course without the "radiator falling off", as you promised me. Thanks for wasting my time, you could at least do it in a polite way.

Since this place is close to where I live, I took my car there for an oil change, and ask them to take a look at my rear wiper blade to see whether they can do a rubber wiper blade refill. I just ask them to TAKE A LOOK. However, the REMOVE the wiper blade and the blade arm, and during the procedure they BREAK the arm. Now, they suggest me to replace the whole thing (the arm, the blade, and the rubber) either at dealer or they can order the parts from dealer. They blame the arm is too fragile. Even what they claim is true, I do not really understand why they cannot just visually examine it and give me a call, since they said they would call me first. On the other hand, they did find my Alternator and AC belt problem, and I replaced them at another place, after I get the second opinion.

Excellent trustworthy place to take your car. These guys are the best. Dianne, Rich and Pete are awesome and know what they are talking about. They even diagnosed my car and didnt even flinch when I told them I was going to take it to the dealer to fix the problem because it was under warrantee. They are not hustlers...truly honest people who want to help you. Dianne even went through the trouble to get me paperwork that I needed for a class action suit with VW. She got it out in the mail for me the very same day and went above and beyond to help us out. LOVE this place!

We recently started taking our familys cars to the Kingston Garage for all service. I cant tell you how honest and courteous they are. After dropping our cars off the night before scheduled service, we usually get a call before 9am advising us on the repair. And half of the time they tell us what we dont need when the other guys would tell us wed need to repair/replace more than we expected. They will take time to answer all your automotive questions, not only ones related to the current repair.

I have had my Volvo, BMW and Mercedes serviced here for the last 5 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price (way cheaper than the dealers!) Ive had some funky problems with my cars and Kingston has always been able to diagnose and fix them. They have no problem if you bring in your own parts. Customer service is top notch. Diane at the front desk has always been great and makes you feel like family.

Kingston Garage does all the work on my 2001 Audi A6 4.2. I am extremely satisfied. Very honest, very knowledgeable, better than the Audi dealer for the vast majority of repairs (its rare, but some things only the dealer can do). Ive got 2 others Audis that they work on as well. I cant say enough good things about them. And its nice to support a local business with friendly people who are honest and care about their customers.

Excellent trustworthy place. I had multiple problems with my BMW 2008 528i and it was diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable price. Never had a problem after that. Took my Sienna 2004 to show the check engine light and I was told if they need to reset they will not charge me. Looks like there is an exhaust leak which they need to check and fix. Dianne is very polite and I will always go back to them for my car needs.

Honest, competent professionals! Richard and his crew diagnosed and fixed in 1 day the tire and alignment problem on our Audi A4 (the same problem that Audi Service in Princeton were unable to figure out in multiple appointments over almost 2 years). The first time I went to the Kingston garage, I was dropping off a friend who was having her car checked out. Nothing was wrong, and they didnt charge her. Since then, I have had my car serviced a number of times for some serious and less serious maintenance. Each time I have been happy with their work and professionalism.
