Ive taken my Miata here, under the care of Jeff, for years now and he has always done a great job. The work quality is good, the prices are reasonable, and the shop will give you a ride to work/train station while the car gets worked on. Although the jobs take time b/c theyre busy (speaks to how well theyre liked), its worth it to take your car here regardless of whether its a Miata. For miatas, I cant speak highly enough of Jeffs work. He races one and so the expertise is good; his alignments are superb.

Absolutely LOVE this shop. Been bringing both of our cars here for years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. The work they do is superb and the prices are good. Highly recommend them as "your guys". Always on time with repairs and never charge you for work that does not "need" to get done like a lot of other shops. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job! We will remain your customers even though we have moved over 50 miles away -- worth the drive!

Ive been coming to EG Tire and Auto since 2014. Besides being friendly and professional I feel like I can trust them. Ive been told by them before "You could get that done, but you dont need to. Dont waste your money". That made me trust them. As someone who is NOT mechanically inclined and knowing that some places sell you things you dont need or invent problems you dont have, I appreciate their honesty, even if it prevents them from adding to their cost.

Dealt with Mark. Great guy, friendly, polite, lots of energy. They replaced one tire for me that had a problem. Fast, and conscientious. I also noticed another car in the shop getting brake work done on it, and the mechanic was using Ceramic lube. Very impressive for a shop to take that extra step.

Brought flat tire in for repair w/o making an appointment Monday morning at 8:20 AM. Plug is $20, plug and patch is $30. Opted for the patch. Whole process took about an hour. Young and loud staff. Wish didnt have to hear all the profanity that were spoken between the techs.

I showed up this past Saturday (Memorial Day Weekend) with a nail in one of my rear tires. Steve repaired the tire quickly and I was on my way. Ive never been to EG but have lived in the area for a long time. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

We stopped here after my car broke down on NYE on a long trip, the owner spent 20 minutes looking at my car and gave me great advice, filled my transmission with a lot of fluid and didnt charge us anything! Very knowledgeable and great customer service.
