I do not recommend this company. Its not actually Oliver, its a company owned by Oliver. I tried to use them as a subcontractor, they confirmed the job with me, and right at the last minute they cancelled with zero explanation. This left both my client and I hanging in the wind, and we needed to push the project date out. Zero professionalism here. If youre worried about whether or not a company will show up, dont use these guys.

Work has been fine but I find it unacceptable that they they would call me at 4:30 pm to cancel an appt for the next morning. Then they reschedule for 10 to 1 next day and dont even call to tell me they wont make it till at least 1:45 . Polar Bear Mechanical is getting worse by the day under Oliver ownership.
