Clogged toilet drain caused significant damage to downstairs ceiling. Received an immediate call and visit from Chris Roesly to assess the damage. Spoke with other contractors, who were NOT FULL-SERVICE, and were overpriced. After hire, Roesly Plumbing immediately removed the damaged drywall. Complete remediation, repaired plumbing/replaced toilet, replaced/patched drywall, primed, and painted. Chris, Steve, Bob, and John followed-up or were ON-SITE EVERY DAY, and restored our home. Weve never seen a company take such care, and treat us and our home with such respect and professionalism. SPOTLESS during the whole process. EXPERT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! On the final day of the repairs, Bob and John spent the entire day (after several previous visits to stage drywall replacement/repair) ensuring our ceiling was primed and painted FLAWLESSLY. Plumbing and family room are better than new. Told the Roesly team that weve never received this level of care and quality with a home repair. Thank you again, Roesly team!

After dealing with the nightmares of hiring a non licensed plumber who took off the day we paid him while not finishing the job, we were desperate on finding someone who is willing to fix the situation. Chris from Roesly plumbing took care of the situation , brought everything up to code and was presented during the towns inspection. I had to bring the water heater and pipes up to code in order to get my house ready to sell. Chris was there as soon before I left for work and was beyond trustworthy enough to leave there alone to do what needed to be done. He not only did a great job, but the bill was reasonable! Doesnt return phone calls to finish warrantied work. Did a great job the first time, on the original two-bathroom complete remodel, but have been waiting for a replacement for a faulty jetted tub pump since November 2015. Waited equally long for a kitchen estimate. Nice guy, but not reliable.
