Terrific experience from start to finish. David was a pleasure to work with up-front coordinating the installation of a new kitchen sink faucet and replacement of a garbage disposal that was leaking. He stopped by in advance to also discuss whether it made sense to install a deeper sink at the time. We opted to skip the new sink, but did have a under-sink water filter installed as well. Charles was the installer, and he was also incredibly professional throughout. It was my first experience with Joe Hitchens, but there is no doubt that they will be the first ones I call with any future plumbing needs!

Joe Hitchen's Plumbing is the best plumbing servive I had ever used; I would reccommend them to anyone in the Burlington or Camden county area of New Jersey. The plumber working for the company was on time, efficient, and very courteous (his name was Charles, I believe). Charles did a fantastic job unclogging the sewer that was backed up in my house; he really knew his stuff and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. If you call to get a plumbing job done at Joe Hitchen's Plumbing, be sure to ask for Charles.

I shopped around for prices. Joe Hitchens plumbing was very reasonable. When I showed them a lower estimate they explained why someone couldnt do the job for that price. He showed me in black & white! I would have ended up owing another plumber much more! The other plumber low balled the estimate and probably would have chaged me a fortune after the work was done! When my job was done it was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up better than my expectations! I would definitely use them again!!

Had a flooding issue one night after hours of course, and Joe Hitchens was the only plumber to actually answer their phone. Came out within 30 minutes, found the problem that another plumber caused, and fixed it. Had to come out the next day for additional corrections, and I could barely tell where they had to dig up my lawn. Professional, friendly, caring, great customer service and follow-up. I highly recommend Joe Hitchens Plumbing!!!!
