When I bought my house in August 2008,the seller had to replace the old heater because the furnace was cracked,leaking carbon monoxide.Goodman was the hired contractor and when speaking to the lead tech/owner,I asked politely that if they were willing to replace the heater,would they take extra money for an upgrade for a better unit.They declined on that,performed the work while I was at work,not moved in yet,and I came home to a nice,unflushed big turd in my toilet.I was assuming that was their way of saying "f u" to me.Well this has been my redemption,on how to handle a never forgotten experience with this contractor. The proportioning valve on the heater failed within a few years and since then have dealt with another contractor who treats my home with respect.

Weve used Goodman Plumbing a number of times now. They respond quickly and we are happy with their work. Among other things, theyve replaced a toilet for us and fixed an issue with the water line to the ice maker in the fridge (a problem that our previous plumber insisted more than once wasnt a problem). Most recently they came within hours, on a Saturday, to fix a problem with the connection between the garbage disposal and the trap which made our kitchen sink unusable.

Goodman Plumbing came out to my home after a leak in my living room ceiling on Christmas Eve! I called and ten minutes later a plumber was at my home helping me stop the leak! I needed a new drain line, the work was done quickly and correctly, they were prompt, friendly and very sympathetic to what i was going through in my home. I would highly recommend Goodman Plumbing! I love my new bathroom and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had an emergency leak in my ceiling and there was a team out the next day to identify and repair the problem. They were extremely professional, knowledgable, courteous and did a fantastic job. I used Goodman for the 2nd time. Both times I was extremely pleased. Their plumbers were on time, dressed neatly, and explained what needed to be done. They completed their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Both times, the plumbers did extra little. things without charging me more than the quoted price.

Water heater went on a Saturday night. Never used Goodman, but called them on a whim at 8 AM on Sunday and the water heater was installed by 11:30 AM. The price was very reasonable as well. Nick was the installer and was professional and did a great job.
