I had a clogged drain out back in my driveway after a bad rain storm. I had called Roter Rooter, and two hours later they never showed up. Even though I was told "they are on their way". After speaking to a friend who lives in my area, she highly recommended Guaranteed Plumbing after they had done work in her home and did a great job. I cancelled Roter Rooter even though they were a no show. Within 10 min. of me calling Guaranteed Plumbing, Dennis showed up. First, I felt good as I got the rate when I called with no pressure sales. Dennis came to fix the problem and he didnt leave till he was able to unclog my drain. I was impressed at his persistence of working on it till it was resolved. I am a very satisfied customer. With that said, I am hiring Guaranteed Plumping for more work and will HIGHLY recommend this company to others! Thank you for an outstanding job!

I do not recommend Guaranteed Plumbing. I called their number and spoke with Harold. I explained the job I needed to have done. He told me that it was an unusual request and needed to speak to the plumber. He put me on hold and came back and told me hes not interested in doing the job. When I asked why he couldnt give me an explanation. He put me on hold again after I gave him some more details. He came back and said hes not interested in doing the job without explanation and threatened to hang up on me! It seems like Guaranteed Plumbing is only good for cleaning drains and basic plumbing jobs. If you have anything outside of their limited competence, then definitely dont waste your time with them.

Fast, courteous and reasonable. I had a such a terrific experience with this company this week, I had to review them. We woke up early in the morning to find a broken pipe in our bathroom. I called Guaranteed Plumbing around 9am and asked them if they could come out. The dispatcher was very nice and said they could get us onto to the schedule for the same day. Sure enough, called minutes later to say their truck was in route. Two experience, polite plumbers arrived at my house and quickly found the problem, repaired it and cleaned up after themselves. The price they charged was very reasonable, especially considering the speedy service. And the work was top notch.

I had to double check the contractors address and phone number just to be sure we were talking about the same place! I couldnt have been happier with the customer service and especially the professional team that Guaranteed Plumbing sent out to look at and eventually replace my central air system. Timely responses, quick installation, and friendly installation team, headed by Brian. Their attention to detail, especially restoring my property to its pre-install shape was unexpected and most welcome. Definitely would call on Guaranteed Plumbing for future work. Highest recommendation.

I had a team of Ed and Ed (double Ed!) come out to fix a serious clog out by the street. Over the weekend I had another company come through that charged me a ridiculous amount just to misdiagnose and give up. This caused me to be unable to occupy my home for a number of days. Ed and Ed were super professional, treated me with respect and explained the issue in terms I could understand, showed up on time, got right down to business, and solved my problem in less than a half hour. I will never call any other company. Definitely use Guaranteed, and hope you get the double Ed team!

I had a issue with the improper installation of my furnace and my water heater draft pipe. I called Guaranteed Plumbing and Heating to take a look. They were able to schedule the job to be done the next day. Bill and Billy were the contractors who worked diligently to complete the work ended up staying until 8pm (way past quitting time). The furnace and water heating system looks and works great. I am so thankful to these two guys and Guaranteed Heating and Plumbing that I would call on them again if need be. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs.

I would just like to thank you for your quick,professional service. I just moved in to a house with drainage problems,and a young man came out promptly,and showed me the problem, and explained to me ,everything that was a problem,and how he was going to handle it, and I got a 30 day warranty, so if I had any problems after he left,I could call,and" Guaranteed Plumbing " would come out and take care of it... no charge to me. I want to thank you for going above and beyond to provide immediate service. My "only" toilet was leaking at the base. I phoned at least 3 other plumbers who promised to come out tomorrow. Your plumber, Harold, phoned me back and upon hearing how anxious I was went out of his way to get me a co-worker within the hour. Al replaced the toilets seal and even made an adjustment for a stronger flush. AND the bathroom is cleaner than it was before Al serviced it! Finally a company who has great service & fair prices. Unlike some of whose big name companies who want $400. to clear a drain. Being a senior citizen & a disabled Vietnam veteran on a fixed income its good to have a company like "Guarantee Plumbing & Heating" that I can count on for help at a fair price. FRIENDLY, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Called in the morning for a clogged main stack at my house. They were able to fit me in the same day around my schedule. They quoted me a time and price and called when they were on their way. Once they showed up, they diagnosed the problem and got right to it. Problem was solved the first time for the price quoted and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I am in the process of buying a home and the inspector told me I should get my pipes camerad to make sure they werent broken in the yard as they were making some odd noises. I called these guys up, they gave me the best price - came out next day - had the job done in 30 minutes. Turns out pipes werent broken and I have piece of mind. After purchasing our first home this year, we are absolutely frustrated by the work performed by Guaranteed Plumbing. It took them forever to correct a simple sewer issue and then left behind a complete disaster. Weve made several attempts to contact this company and they have been beyond dismissive, rude, and inconsiderate. Please take this review as a warning, this contractor does sloppy work and then leave, irregardless of the level of customer satisfaction.
