We had service from Bommer just yesterday. We had a leak in our ceiling below the 2nd floor bathroom and Bommer was referred to us from a friend in the area. Chuck, from Bommer, called and let me know that he was on his way (he arrived in the time window that they promised). Chuck was very knowledgeable and ran the water in the 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor to identify the problem. He mentioned he wanted to do that before opening the ceiling, to save time/money. As a result it was determined that he had to open the ceiling, and when he did he found the leak immediately (a cracked pipe) and knew how to fix it. After we shut off the water and drained everything he went to work and fixed it. I was very happy with the service because it was thorough and at the end of the day, complete (same day service). He was out in 2.5 hours. They do not patch up the ceiling so I just need to find a separate company to do that (they actually said they could recommend a place to do that part). I would definitely recommend this Company, and of course, Chuck. I also like the fact that the Company is Green. They emailed me appt confirmations, as well as sent me my bill and pictures through email. Very efficient process.

Love Bommer Plumbing!!!!!! It is rare these days to get good old fashioned top notch service, and Bommer delivers above and beyond! Where do I begin??? Well, first you get an email with the picture of the actual tech thats coming to your home! I was not expecting that! He superbly hooked by laundry sink, then he took it a step further and secured the legs of the laundry sinK, so that sink would be secure. I never even asked him to do it, but he did. How freaking cool is that?!! He was so professional and and extremely knowledgeable. I have learned a lot for the many advice he shared, just from a simple job.His name is Chuck by the way. Just some good old fashioned service. Unless I fall and bump my head, Bommer will always have my business!!!! Bommer Plumbing is top freaking notch!

We have used Bommer Plumbing twice now and are totally impressed with their service. We first used them is a very stressful time of doing repairs due to a flood in our home, and again to install a new water heater. The tech who came out both times was Chuck. He was totally professional, personable, and friendly. His work was excellent, and he cleaned up after he was done. When contacting Bommer to set up an appointment everyone we spoke with in their office was kind and helpful. Bommer Plumbing is a family owned business, and their service reflects that value. I would choose them over the more visible highly advertised plumbers any day. Highly recommended.

I did a dumb thing by flushing a large amount of toilet paper down the toilet at one time. I clogged the drain and was not able to clear it myself. Early the next morning I called Bommer Plumbing as a result of looking on Home Advisor. Their technician, Sean, was at my house within an hour of my calling. Sean was very polite and soft spoken and cleared the drain very quickly. I was quoted $350 for a service call on the phone, but because he did not need to use the "big machine" he immediately reduced the fee, plus reduced the fee again with a senior discount that I didnt even need to ask for. He, Sean, is a real gentleman. Thank you Bommer Plumbing.

This company knows what customer service is all about. I was notified by email that the technician was on the way. Keith was on time , friendly courteous. He fixed what I called him for and went above and beyond and fixed the toilets for me. He was exceptional! I found this company through my home warranty, after having appointments with 3 other companies that never showed or called, it was a godsend I got Bommer Plumbing. I will highly recommend and definitely use them again!

I cannot provide to you a higher level of recommendation for this company. Wayne and the rest of his team went the extra mile with my bathroom renovation project. If there was something encountered that needed to change the scope, Wayne was there and coming up with a new plan with the right level of supervision. I found Bommer on Angies List, and selected them based on their "A" reviews... so happy I did!

The plumbers are professional and courteous. They put covers on their shoes to protect your floors. Their prices are more than reasonable. Im very suspicious of used car salesmen, anything labeled "fat free" and phone psychics, but there is nothing suspicious about this company. Keith from Bommer Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was excellent. Made appt. 4 days ago - no one came or showed to solve the plumbing problem. Plumbing failed and couldnt get someone else waiting for this company to respond. Terrible. Elderly owner said he cant do the work and cant find his technicians. Do NOT USE BOMMER PLUMBING. They only know how to apologize and cannot do the work.
