The first crew that came in the morning to fix the main sewer pipe clog was very courteous and knowledgeable; they limited the scope of their work to what was absolutely necessary and the charges went in accordance with the job done. However I regret agreeing to their idea/suggestion of have an "expert" come over for an assessment of preventive water extraction care. When the so called "expert arrived with his crew in the afternoon the whole experience went "down the drain". DO NOT let anyone from this company do water extraction assessment after a flood incident without consulting with your insurance agency first, in order to find out what services they recommend! The water extraction "expert" once I signed the agreement of non liability, couldnt be any more rude with his actions; when I questioned the massive number of equipment he installed to have running at once to dry up the basement and brought up Im a veteran sensitive to that much noise he wouldnt hear it. This guy came on a mission to make my life a living hell and get as much money as possible. The flooded area was a first floor powder room with hardwood floors and while tearing the floor apart he also damaged the floors outside the powder room, and let the disconnected toilet drip water outside the plastic cover until I brought it up to his attention and although a bit of a mess was unavoidable, this guy left the rooms walls looking like he went potty" on them. His helpers scratched and damaged the paint on the access door to the basement while bringing the equipment in, until I stopped them to show them what they were doing. My residence is a newly built house a new sod has been installed and after I warned them not to step on the sod I had to yell at then a few times to get of it! I asked the "expert" if that much equipment plugged in wouldnt cause a power overload in the house to which he replied "no" , and yet I had 2 power outages caused by it. My concerns as a customer experiencing overwhelming stress from 10 AM to 7 PM were never of his concern. last but no least, the truck they parked in my newly paved driveway leaked oil like a fountain and now I have a horrible oil stain as a reminder of their visit. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND doing water extraction assessment and services with this company; although the job gets done the hell one gets put through and complete disregard for the customers concerns is horrible; the company does well on routine jobs of unclogging pipes and basic plumbing emergencies.

Plumbing problems are not fun or easier. After a night of self-help I called a professional the next morning. I tried several local plumbers but no one answered their phones. I called Roto-Rooter at 06:50 AM and my call was answered immediately. Within in 3 minutes I had an appointment with a technician at the time of my choosing that afternoon. They called me 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival as promised. The technician was courteous and professional and determined what needed to be done to resolve the drainage problem. In less than an hour he cleaned up the area after ensuring the condition was fixed. The 6-month guarantee gives me a piece of mind in the event the drain clog was to reoccur. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need prompt and professional plumbing service with a guarantee.

Leo (tech #1054) is a top notch roto-rooter technician and overall standup guy. We had our tub pipe break, spilling water behind drywall and into our basement. After the water remediation guys came, Leo inspected the situation, let me know the price up front and was transparent and communicative throughout the process. It was a MUCH harder job than expected. The interior of our house was poorly built so a lot of stuff physically got in the way when he was trying to replace our very old cast iron and lead trap system w/PVC. He never gave up on us, spending at lot more time than expected working the problem. His partner Domingo helped troubleshoot along the way as well. While no one likes a plumbing issue, Leos knowledge and calm demeanor made us feel like we were in good hands.

I called about preventative maintenance on Monday, and was scheduled for the next day. I received a call that morning for a estimated time frame and to my delight they were here on time. I didnt have to wait all day! My technician Frank Rivera was neat and clean and friendly considering the work he does. I explained to him my concern and to my surprise he was honest about any work that may need to be done. Again which is rare. He explained to me what my concerns were and made me feel comfortable with the decision we made for service . I was reluctant to call roto rooter due to the cost I thought I may incur but definitely glad I did. Thanks Frank for your expertise and friendliness. I would use this company in the for all plumbing concerns in the future due to his HONESTY!

Luis and Anthony did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher. The appliance delivery company wouldnt do the installation as the original connection between the old dishwasher and the water line had been haphazardly fashioned by the builder. The delivery service expected a plumber to fix the connection and return to install the appliance for a week later!!! I was left in a bind and Roto-Router saved the day. The re-build of the new connection was not straight forward but the team troubleshooted, secured the right parts and made it happen the same day. This is the second project Roto-Router has supported for me and both times the service teams were prompt, courteous and did great work the first time. If another plumbing emergency arises, I will be certain to call!

When you have a non-working drain/sewer problem most of the time it happens on the weekend, and/or a holiday. This past Fathers Day, both the weekend and a holiday, I was treated to a such an experience. The Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Runnemede, NJ do not charge a premium for service on either the weekend or a holiday. I called and they had someone to the house within a very short time. The plumber freed the drain and inspected it with a camera for damage. My drain is the old and undesirable orangeburg material. He told me of the situation with tree roots in the line and the options I should consider. Roto-Rooter has the best experts in the field. They know whats going on and how to fix it. Highly recommended.

We had a leak at my mother inlaws house. Roto rooter came right out and fixed the leak, and cleaned up the water damage, dried everything out. Josh Howe explained everything thoroughly, and helped my mother in law contact her insurance company. Then a very professional crew came out and were very neat and set up drop clothes and plastic to contain the soaked ceiling and removed all the water damage and set up fans to dry everything out properly. My mother in law was very happy with the service, thanks to Josh, Joe, CJ, And Brian. We absolutely recommend calling Roto Rooter for any plumbing disasters and water Damage.

When my sewer line was clogged tonight I called the Camden Area, Pennsauken, NJ Roto-Rooter office to make an appointment. The dispatcher was very quick to answer my call and gave me a convenient window of time for the plumber to arrive. The Roto-Rooter plumber, Steve, arrived right on time and was very polite and efficient. He quoted me a reasonable price and went right to work. Within a half hour he had the drain snaked out and made sure the line was running clear. I highly recommend this Roto-Rooter franchise and commend Steve for his efficiency and professionalism.
