I came here because I needed and oil change.... Well at first the customer service from the lady when I entered was exceptional. We built rapport and everything. After waiting for 3 hours for an oil change with apparently no one in front of me, I paid and I went in my car. First of all, oil was all over me engine bay and the excess is burning . They are telling me thats how they saw it and I should have it cleaned so they can patch a leak( I dont have a leak). Anyways, when I got in the seat, it was adjusted all the way to the dash. Being that Im 6"2, I tried to slide it back.... But guess what.... None of my power seats could slide. When I went inside to find out what happened, they said it was Me who did it. They said to fix it if have to wait 4 hours and another 2 hours to take my seat out. I got mad and drove home.... Knee to chest and everything

They are very expensive and you get what you pay for right? Well yes they do good work but you cant hardly afford it....and on occassion like 4 different times I had to go back because one of the guys did not put my balance on my tire correctly... And now I have to go back because my car is still shaking and I just had the motor mount back right changed and a new catalitic converter put in...now I must go back tomorrow to see whats wrong

Went to get a oil change 3 weeks ago....1st they never even put the oil change sticker in my window which gave me suspicion... after a week my engine starts to tap come to find out they never did the oil change the Mgr says he sees oil I might have a leak which I dnt because I had it checked at GMC... long story short check your oil before you leave!!

Well that went well. All I got was a wheel alignment, but none the less the service was good. Process was simple. Got a call when my vehicle was ready. Picked it up and I was gone. 5 stars if it wouldve been done quicker. But hey when its busy its busy. I went on a weekday at 2 and got my car by 530.

Wait time was well over 2hrs for an oil change. Manager was not compassionate about the extended wait time, when I complained, only offered to give me my keys back if I didnt want to continue to wait! Unbelievable. If I could rate this place a zero I would!

Firestone is next door to our location at Junk Cars For Cash NJ LLC, So one day I figured I bring it in for a tire change. The wait time was fairly reasonable, and the workers were friendly and courteous. Great spot to get a tire change.

This place is a horror, nasty arrogant fools. Ii wish i read the reviews before going there. this place is a nightmare . it took them more than 7 hours to check my brakes.

Nothing wrong with the job done, but their service is horrendous. Wait time was 2 hours for an oil change with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS OR CARS IN QUEUE! Thats just absurd.
