i did a MAX BID of $1400.00 ahead of time online and they sold it to a guy that was there at the auction for $1400.00 instead of me!? i bid that amount in advance so i should get the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ridiculous fees and then steal the car from me when i finally win one!!! bad customer service also and tons of paperwork for individual states. very hard to like this business!!! and you have to pay every year to sigh up. gonna try COPART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alert****Rude people in there**** They dont close at 430pm they stop take people at 415 so get there even before 415pm if you are picking up a car. Otherwise they wont help you. I got there 425pm they wouldnt help me, got stuck there whole night because of this crappie time listed.
